Breakfast was good but too expensive and too crowded, very little crowd control when very crowded.

Very chill neighborhood and a good location to get away for a couple of days. a lot of food options as well.

The location is near by the station, the stuff are very kind and nice.

Gym & pool should be included in regular hotel price.

We chose to stay here due to local priximity to our business in Miki. The hotel is good value for a Western style 'upscale' hotel. Room was spacious compared to many Ive had in Japan. Only downside was that the carpets in my room were badly stained. The breakfast buffet is good and has both western and Japanese options. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Very few English speaking people in this area.

Very big room, nice front desk staff, good services, next time will come back.

Room was much bigger than the usual Japan hotels. Clean and convenient location, with lots of food options!

A have stayed at this hotel everytime I have visited Kobe and feel that it keeps getting better. The service is great and the rooms are really spacious (unlike place else in Japan) and clean. Highly recommend staying here next time you are in Kobe.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and the view was lovely overlooking the plaza. It was a lovely place to stay, clean, spacious comfortable.

部屋が広かった。

何度もリピート利用しています。 西神中央周辺では唯一？のホテルですが、リーズナブルなのに部屋も綺麗で広々ゆったり過ごせます。 ホテルの中も静かです。 子連れ旅行の目的地からのアクセスが一番近く、ホテル周辺には最近完成したショッピングモールが複数あり、年齢を問わずにショッピングや食事を楽しめるようになりました。

Reception is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Furniture inside the room is falling apart and dirty.

駅前ホテルは、ここしかない。ホテルが綺麗でとてもよい。 朝ブュッフェが種類豊富で美味しい。前にセブンイレブンがあり、便利。

今まで利用した神戸市内のホテルの中で1番キレイでした。

満足しました

部屋全体は清潔であったが、風呂場のバスタブの外側ジョイント部分のカビとシャワーヘッド内側が錆びている。また洗面所の排水溝部分と合わせて錆びてきているので交換時期に来ていると思う。そこさえ綺麗であれば高評価であった。

駅ちかで便利でした。

施設も綺麗でまわりに飲食店もたくさんあり良かった
