Good service. English communication. Staffs are helpful and active to take photo for us. Food very good. Good and big place. Highly recommend choice this hotel. Free shuttle bus at Yudanaka station.

Walking distance to the snow monkey park, the staff is super nice and asking for the food and transportation before check in. Food is very good!

步行到野猿公園约30分鐘，非常方便一大早入園。位在幽靜的上林温泉，適合喜愛安靜享受泡湯及品嚐精緻美食者，服務親切週到，派車到湯田中車站接，回程順道請飯店人員送我們到「涉温泉」逛逛温泉街。

Excellent hotel!

The snow monkeys were within walking distance. The rooms were large, and the views were beautiful. Communication with staff is complicated.

The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics. We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool.

Stayed 2 nights and had an AMAZING experience. Dinner was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed embracing the Japanese culture while wearing the Yukata throughout! Onsens were a great time. Highly recommended!!!

Food was amazing! Everyone was really accommodating and friendly. The location is right next to the snow monkey park. Would recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Nagano.

We had an amazing and relaxing 2 night stay here. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the Kaiseki meals and breakfasts were great (and huge). The public and private onsens were really nice, and not crowded at all possibly because we visited during the summer. Great location to visit the snow monkey park!

Was a most wonderful and relaxing experience. Only the fact that the indoor pool is closed for the whole month of June was disappointing.

This was an incredible place to stay! Authentic Japanese traditions shared with us and the entire place was beautiful! You can walk to the entrance to the Snow Monkeys from here! They make up your bed while you are out. The beds are twin futons on the floor so be prepared, but it was fun! A little stiff when we woke up. Wish we had stayed another night to enjoy the warm bath!

Having the ability to hire crampons and walking sticks was very useful for walking to the snow monkeys

This accommodation is outstanding. The dinners and breakfasts were wonderful and the service was amazing, as was the onsen.
