服務貼心，但酒店比較舊，房間內設施（特別是洗手間）很舊而且有點破損，但整體而言還是可以的。

房間很大，餐食很讚！

遇到台灣的女生服務人員，很仔細的服務及說明，下次一定會推薦家人朋友再次來住宿，接駁車方便在道厚溫泉的時鐘前搭乘，不需要走路到飯店，班次很多五分鐘就到了，飯店設施多元舒適。

1. 根據飯店網站與後來飯店給的紙張介紹，飯店可以在入住時晚上10點之後提供接送服務。 但是我打去時櫃檯不會說英文，只說接駁巴士nonono，因此我們在一個下雨又溼冷的晚上扛著行李走去飯店。 2. 我們根據Google Map抵達卻看不到飯店，於是又花了30分鐘前後道路尋找，甚至走到旁邊的墳墓區，最後發現飯店外圍正在整修，但完全沒有任何顯示這是道後王子飯店的招牌與指示。 3. 飯店櫃檯明明不會說英文完全不瞭解我們發生的事情卻堅稱他們會說英文並拒絕溝通。 1. According to the website and introduction front desk giving me, the hotel can pick us up from Dogo station by mini van after 10 pm. However, I call front desk who clearly cannot speak English and he just said no no no shuttle bus. That was a cold and rainy day. My wife and I hand carry heavy luggage in a long way. 2. We arrive hotel according to Goole map but we cannot see the hotel. We spent another half hour to climb road up and down even go into the grave beside the hotel. Finally we find the hotel! It's under renovation but no sign board or any sign showing in front of hotel. 3. We arrived hotel. The front desk actually cannot speak English but the guy told me he can! Then, they refused to communicate.

温泉街へは少し距離があり不便ですかその分施設内が充実していました。 夜ご飯はホテルで食べれば良かったかなと思いました。

広々として、スタッフの出迎えも気持ちよく、街迄のバスの送迎も10分おきにありとても良かった

Very nice hotel. I feel my hotel experiences have gone up a notch here. Reception was excellent, our luggage was taken to our room, we were shown some of the hotel facilities, lounge area with free coffee, orange juice and other non alcoholic drinks, plenty easy chairs and tables. Room very large, private bathroom but out in the rooms hallway rather than directly off the bedroom. Sauna and onsen freely available. This very smart hotel was excellent.

部屋のテレビが映らなかったり、虫が出たりしたのですが、スタッフが迅速に対応してくれて助かりました

Very good hotel, have multiple osen inside hotel. Good breakfast. 200m walk to dogo osen.

スタッフの方が良くしてくれました

道後温泉から送迎バスもあり便利でした。 お風呂も種類があってアルカリ温泉でしっとりしてとても良かった。また利用したいです。

위치가 도고 온천과 가까워서 아주 편했습니다. 대욕장도 좋고 노천 온천도 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 그저그런 편이었습니다.
