Good and new hotel. Nice Buffet breakfast. free parking lot.

Es war eigentlich alles in Ordnung, bis auf die Getränke. Eine Cola kostet im Hotel 5€ Wasser mit oder ohne 4€ und sonst halte solche Getränke. Ich fand das wirklich Teuer vor allem beim Abendessen musste ja man etwas trinken beim Essen. Dann war es beim Lift draussen etwas umständliche das der Loft oft ausserbetrieb war und mit dem Kinderwagen echt schwierig war dann hoch zu kommen. Das Kinderbett fand ich auf etwas teuer, 20€ pro Nacht ist schon ein stolzer Preis. Bei andern Hotels war das Bett sogar Kostenlos, man musste natürlich anfragen. Dann ein Parkplatz 15€ pro Tag finde ich etwas übertrieben. Aber sonst war es im gross und ganzen ok.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und herzlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles nah und zentral. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist bereits das vierte Mal dass wir in diesem Hotel Urlaub machen. Wir werden wie Familie begrüsst und auch wir freuen uns, die Angestellten jedes Jahr wieder zu sehen. Unser herzliches Dankeschön an alle: Cosimo, Mario, Michele, alle Ladies bei der Reception.

Fantastisk vecka på alla sätt! Superfräscht hotell och otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rekommenderar verkligen detta boende. Bonus att det var ett väldigt bra läge, med nära till både stan och strandpromenaden.

Hôtel très bien placé. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est top ainsi que la piscine. Le personnel est également très accueillant. Il manque une salle de sport pour qu’il soit parfait. Je ne recommande pas la demi pension si vous voyage en couple sans enfants.

Stylish modern hotel with friendly and responsive staff in every department. Excellently positioned with easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, beach, old town and railway station. Front office staff management succeded in following every request pertaining to the 3 rooms we were allocated and all reception staff friendly and obliging throughout. My mother has mobility restrictions so the well apportioned, meticulously prepared rooms with walk-in shower, suited our needs perfectly. The breakfast buffet was extensive, excellently presented and an abundance of staff to assist. All in all, extremely impressive, great value and I am keen to re-visit.

Gem of a find - we loved everything about our stay from the room to the staff to the facilities. We had a junior suite with a wrap around balcony, spacious room with lots of storage space, tea and coffee selection. The AC worked a treat a night much needed in the hot weather. The bathroom was big and spotless and a lovely selection of toiletries. Very eco friendly products so well done! The breakfast is good choice. Omelettes made to order. I want to especially the praise Mario and Gianni for fantastic service at breakfast. As a non pork eater I requested for some turkey slides to be served separately and they went out of their way every morning! I’m so thankful that they treated my ask with such respect! Also a big thank you to ALL the staff at reception who were always helpful and friendly - the lady with the glasses and the gentleman with the pearl earrings, we didn’t catch their name. Hotel is 15 mins walk to old town and 10 mins to the beach. We loved our stay and will be back! Thank you!

It was amazing!

Wir waren mit unserem 6 jährigen Sohn bereits das dritte Mal in Rimini und wir müssen sagen, dass dieses Hotel bisher das Beste war, in dem wir übernachtet hatten. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, in einer Seitenstraße, aber dennoch nah zum Meer. Der Pool ist sehr kinderfreundlich, aufgrund des kleinen Beckens. Unser Zimmer war auf der straßenabgewandten Seite des Hotels und sehr ruhig und recht neuwertig. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man was bemängeln will, dann dass die Handtücher, welche man nochmal nutzen wollte trotzdem getauscht wurden, ebenso die Hotelhausschuhe. Für uns war es aber ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein Tipp, unbedingt Tiefgarage reservieren. Es gibt in der Hauptsaison recht wenige öffentliche Parkplätze.

I twisted my ankle and the staff helped with ice packs whenever i asked. They were quick to get my car connected to charger. Always friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed on two separate occasions a week apart and the Aqua Hotel has provided consistently good service. Staff are mostly very friendly and helpful, rooms are well appointed and a good breakfast selection.
