Very good location where is close to train station and city center. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

房間非常小，沒有提供水，房間沒有冰箱、水壺、水杯…….。一般飯店該有提供的都沒有。

With verey well receiption services, they provide earlier check in without extra charge. Hotel location only few minutes from train station.

The staff are very nice. They made me feel like home. I have to thank especially the following 3 staff members, Elvis, Nafisa and Abby. They are great, very joyful, helpful and considerate. They talked with us in a very friendly way and gave us very useful advice and sunflower-like smiles. These pieces of advice are not easy to find on the internet. For example, we can buy a bus ticket at the tram station. It is even cheaper to buy it this way. Abby introduced a very nice restaurant serving wonderful food. Out of our surprise, he called the restaurant to reserve a table for me and my husband which turned out we had a special discount. From time to time, they asked if we had any need. All these are more than their duties. I like these guys very very much and so do the hotel. It has developed a wonderful team spirit.

地點就在火車站對面，非常方便。 前台服务非常好，Elvis很幽默，很開心友善地歡迎我們，並協助解決一切問題。Gabi介紹了一間很好的餐廳，並致電為我們增取了折扣。早餐的服务員主动協助外帶早餐。每個員工都在愉快的氣氛下工作。 大力推薦此酒店。

房間很小很舊，蚊子很多，房間很暗，但是算是乾淨，離火車站很近，走路5分鐘就到，櫃檯人員很親切。如果想省錢可以住，但是實在住的不舒服。早餐是前一天在單子上勾選，隔天準備好，早餐的可頌不好吃。

地點離火車站5分鐘，到各景點都方便，早餐相當豐富，房間大，cp值高

地點很方便，就在火車站行三分鐘就到。職員都很友善和樂意協助，特別是Elis, 風趣又友善。唯一要注意是房間較小，有兩個大行李箱就比較難同時打開。

非常古色古香傳統飯店，以前應該是輝煌的飯店，雖然現在舊了點但不會破爛，房務人員非常熱情，非常棒～

Close to Firenze smn station, about 5 minutes walk Reception staff is friendly The room is a bit small but with a very large bed which is too big for us as an Asian The room is a bid old I think but it's ok for me as I don't care much about those furniture I think the cleansing is ok because we can smell the hypochlorite antiseptic solution every time we come back to the room Cp rate is high I think

We stayed 2 nights. The front desk receptionist who can speak many languages has great enthusiasm and treated us very nice. Hotel has good location for tourist. The only disadvantage is the conditioner of room didn't work very well. especially in this hot Summer. Anyway, If I have opportunity return Firenze, I will choose it again.

Boa opção de custo e benefício em Florença. Hotel de característica simples, mas muito bem cuidado, staff simpático. Café da manhã honesto considerando outras opções na Itália. Está a uma rápida caminhada do centro histórico de Florença e o ponto alto está na proximidade da estação de trem, o que facilita a não andar longos trechos com malas. Boas opções de restaurantes próximos ao hotel.

Muito bem localizado perto da estação Santa Maria Novella. Hotel simples, mas com quarto limpo , cama confortável e banheiro com box e ducha boa. Café da manhã com pequeno buffet bem saboroso.
