Great location. Clean, quiet and great for snoozing. Best breakfast pastries around.

Great value hotel... I've styed at this hotel three times now and always found it a pleasant place to stay... The hotel staff are friendly, and they have lots of different size rooms to accommodate all styles of travellers... as a solo traveller they have a number of single rooms at great prices... the larger San Giavanni train station is approx' 5-10 minutes walk, and the smaller Como Lago train station, and the centre of town, is about 10-15 minutes walk away... all in all, good value.

Close proximity to transportation. Best to use bus to the train station. 15-20 minute walk to ferry, funiculare and dining.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and informative. Close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants, etc., but far enough away to offer some quiet and respite from Lake Como crowds.

Basic room in a great location for visiting Como. Walking distance to train station, ferry building and the lake. Very nice grocery store just a short walk.

Good for the price

Great location, very walkable into Como centre and for Train station. Good size room, clean and tidy. Shame windows were covered in huge shutters which made being in the room a bit claustrophobic.

I stayed for a night, very good location - walkable to rail station and Como lake ferries. Since the property is on the main road, it is quite noisy. The property is clean but dated.

Friendly staff and willing to help

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very outdated and the rooms very small. The shower is very small and you cannot move around safely. Although our stay was reasonable there were nicer hotels located closer to the lake costing only a fraction more. Not my type of hotel.
