Everything met our expectations. I guess the location was not close to city centre. But we arrived by car and so that's not a problem to us. It was a value-for-money choice. Breakfast was fine.

Hotel locate 10min walk from the old town area. Room is clean and comfy. Good value for money.

Staff at the Lobby is very nice & helpful. Very comfortable bedding. Air conditioner isn’t strong but just enough for us. We have 4 luggage in the room but still spacious. Quiet at night. Bus stop is near to hotel.

You can hear streetcar sound ,but I think is OK. Breakfast is good. The hotel not new but OK. Counter staff service is good. Zurich hotel is not cheap this hotel price is acceptable.

It was a very pleasant, quiet, and safe stay. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, and so is the shower. The room was very comfortable with an small balcony. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a lovely neighborhood right off the tram stop. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious with good ac. The breakfast was great and coffee and water available throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Hotel was nice and clean. Location was very central, but found it a little expensive for a $350 room. The rooms were very simple.

Good location and everything was great.

The hotel was in a great location. 5 min to the museum. Then another 5 to the outskirts of old town. Then wandering through old town takes you to the high end shops. The hotel was simple, not fancy at all but clean. Rooms are on the smaller size but fair for how reasonably priced the hotel is.

Service was excellent and property is charming.

This hotel boasts airport shuttle availability and how this is a “rare find”. Come to find out there is in fact no shuttle. We spent over nearly $100 usd to take a taxi to this hotel. We had selected this spot due to the alleged shuttle savings. When we got to the hotel, I showed the front desk clerk the verbiage on th site, and he merely shrugged his shoulders and said, “Available, but not free.” We felt this was false representation and false advertising. Additionally, they continued to send us check in forms in German despite repeated requests to send the English link. They also did not reply to our request emails as our check-in date approached despite previous kind communication.
