The location is great - right in the center of the city. The breakfast provided was also good. While the aesthetics of the hotel looked pretty decent, I found that the hotel was very dated and not well-maintained. The room was too dimly lit. Frames of hotel menus were loosely stuck to the room door and one of them fell off in the middle of the night. The room given to us was right at the top floor and there were no elevators; essentially forcing us to carry their own luggage up and down by ourselves. There was also no offer of help/ service to carry our bags at all. Additionally, the hotel staff service was subpar. No hotel slippers were provided and when we enquired about it, the hotel staff's response was dismissive. Only after that we asked another staff during her morning shift did we get the slippers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel!
