Location is central, convenient and accessible. Room is spacious, comfortable and super clean! Kettle is clean and floor feels dust-less. Hotel service team is P-polite, prompt and professional. Shower facilities are good, hot water is consistent. Toilet infrastructure looks new and white. We booked 3 standard rooms-1 on ground floor, 1 on level 2 and 1 on level 2 +. The highest floor has, unfortunately beyond hotel 's control, 2 to 3 mosquitoes at night, but it could be one-off because that evening was rainy. Overall was such a pleasant experience that we would recommend to others.

Our family of 4 stayed in the terrace unit cross the road opposite to the reception office. The cleanliness was not up to the expectation with room for improvement. The whole corridor leading to the room is pretty dark and creepy, and would do with more lighting. Otherwise, the room is extremely spacious for the whole family.

Great hotel, great price. Family friendly. Fantastic location. Just figure out how to park before you arrive (if you are driving).

We as a family thoroughly enjoyed our short holiday here. The staff was so very helpful and so kind and warm in multiple ways. we are very glad to have stayed there and will want to book another getaway with them soon! I was interested in Muntri Mews from pictures people are sharing in the net and also because they have great reviews from previous guests. I thought why not stay in the old town neighborhood, so i'll just walk around to explore the place. It turned out to be a good decision. The place is quiet but has a great charm. The staff were all friendly from day one, the food is good (exceptional breakfast btw), room was a fair mix of classic and modern. I could sing-along to the live music they had on weekends, and it's acoustic guitar btw, no DJ thank goodness! Everything went well until we checked out, the staff also offered me chilled bottled water a couple of times. Because you know how humid it is in Penang..haha.. all in all a great experience, thanks Muntri Mews...will surely come back!

Kami kesana 2 hari berturut-turut!!! Tempat ini sangat menyenangkan, ada museum durian dan miniatur penang, Top Aquarium-nya juga sangat bagus! Jurrasic Research Center-nya memberikan nuansa yang berbeda dari USS, karena disini ada taman dengan 'dinosaurus' sebesar ukuran aslinya di dino park. Sayang, kecil. Jadi dari masuk sampai keluar hanya sebentar (kecuali kalau mau berlama2 disana). Observatory deck di level 65 dan sky walk di level 68 bagus! Makanannya oke lah. Tidak luar biasa juga. Yang jelas sih mahal :)

Muntri Mews located in Lebuh Muntri, only steps away from Cheong Fatt Tze historic mansion and Chulia Street which is famous for its night market (so you won’t starve at night!). The hotel is surrounded by colonial buildings and it feels like you are taking a step back to the past. They offer a remarkable service (they gave us cookies as a Hari Raya greetings, and sprayed our room with anti-mosquitoes in the afternoon), a great ambiance and strategic location.

Kamar besar dan dingin. Lokasi Strategis. Staf ramah dan sangat membantu semuanya. Recommended.
