It is OK but not amazing

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado mas mais simples. O quarto é confortável, tem sacada com vista para o Lago de Garda. Porém o banheiro é pequeno e o box minúsculo, isso é um ponto negativo. Destaque para o café da manhã que tem muita opção e é maravilhoso! Recomendo !

Quarto amplo e limpo. Roupa de cama boa e cama confortável. A equipe que atende no café da manhã é muito resumida. Deveria ter uma máquina de café para facilitar o serviço.

Very nice room, great staff, and lovely breakfast! Quite thin walls made it very loud though- with noisy neighbours.

Perus huone, kiva parveke. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Hyvä pysäköinti. Koiran kanssa matkasimme. Aamupala oli monipuolinen.

Hotel super. À mon avis, le petit déjeuner je pourrais pas être mieux. Personnel très sympathique et aimable.

Everything was good. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpfull. They all seemed genuinely keen to look after our needs. Really good breakfasts. Evening meals in the restaraunt were top class.

Checkade ut en natt innan. Fanns 30gråder i rummet och gick inte att andas. Klagade till receptionen och dem sa att dem kunde inte sätta igång AC och öppnade fönster men det var bilar och motorcyklar som gick förbi hela natten och man kunde inte sova alls. Stället är fint och rent med bra frukost. Men om man kan inte sova då är tyvärr inte ok

Amazing hotel. We couldn´t use their pool as we had a big storm during our stay but were very impressed by breakfast. It was realy enjoyable experience. Staff very friendly. Definitely will come back.

Wat hadden we een fijn verblijf. Kamer voor 3 personen was niet zo heel erg groot, maar meer dan ruim genoeg. Zwembad is ideaal en meer dan genoeg ligplaatsen. Het is er niet druk. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en vooral een dikke pluim voor de bediening aan het ontbijt. Ook de mogelijkheid om een glutenvrij ontbijt aan te vragen was een meevaller.

We didn't get the room we booked. There was a problem with the shower and the airco. Both were leaking. Eventually we got a new room with seaview and a gift card for the restaurant. We appreciated it. Good pool and good parking.

Så fräscht och väldigt serviceinriktad personal. Perfekt städning varje dag. Rekommenderar detta starkt.
