前一晚住在旁邊的酒店，價錢相若但房間小很多，酒店各項東西都要比較差(比如沒有熱水壼，早餐的東西少了不少)。服務也挺有善，不過對於這地區來說也沒甚麼特出。

We have booked two rooms for 5 people. As these two rooms are outside a balcony, so we can occupy the pretty area. Since 3 of us will stay in 1 room and they changed the sofa into the third bed. After check in, the reception provided us a paper coupon card, we can enjoy some discounts on some museums/activities fee and take free bus within a specific area with this paper card.

环境不错，在西站转105线就到，能看见雪山。

酒店很好。典型的欧洲风格，房间小但很精致。全木质的房子，有400年历史了。酒店的餐厅是米其林一星餐厅，味道很好，但小贵。美中不足，前台接待不是很热情，有些煞风景。

上网速度很慢 不行

Connected to Interlaken city by train and bus.

前台只工作到八点，但等到了十点直到我到达，非常感动。房间很有特色，很舒适

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and updated. An elevator would have been nice but would have changed the authentic vibe of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, Loved the area and didn’t know Alpenblick – Wilderswil restaurant received a MICHELIN STAR in 2025 so that was a bonus. Had a wonderful dinner with Champaign topped with their in-house elderflower syrup... delicious. Chef: Richard Stöckli Cuisine: Contemporary / Seasonal

Breakfast was good, but the location was inconvenient since it is a 10- to 15-minute uphill walk. The hotel building is very old, and all the room fixtures—especially in the bathroom—are outdated. The hot water control did not work well. Additionally, the kitchen staff was unhelpful when we requested ice, and the lady in the breakfast area was rude when I couldn't figure out the coffee machine and it accidentally spilled.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente, pa funcionários extremamente gentis e atenciosos. Na recepção, no cafe da manha (funcionário Francisco), no restaurante do hotel. O ambiente é muito acolhedor, um chalé cheio de charme. O restaurante tem o chef com estrela Michelin e os pratos estavam deliciosos. Comemos uma batata rosti e fondue tradicional de queijo, fantásticos!

Hotel un poco viejo, cierto es que tiene algunas habitaciones reforzadas pero otras que dejan mucho que desear, nos dieron una habitación pesima que luego nos cambiaron por otra más reformada pero muy pequeña. Tienen que mejorar mucho, el desayuno bastante aceptable y bueno, lo mejor un Camarero llamado Javier que es bastante servicial y agradable. Muy cerca de Interlaken.

Ótimo atendimento, tanto no café quanto na recepção, muito prestativos eu com certeza voltaria e super recomendo.

Ok hotel

This was a superb property. Family owned and operated. Food was delicious. One of few places in Switzerland that has parking available. Would highly recommend.
