For the price this place is spot on, room was larger than required. Just make sure you make sure you book for the number of people required, as you are charged city tax on number of people you book for. Not like hotels where it’s automatically two guests. The location was great near the metro, staff were great & there was no issue getting to the city or airport after my stay. Very safe location & I would visit again

O quarto era otimo, grande e confortável, limpo também, o aquecedor funcionava bem, e por mais que fosse um apartamento de frente para a rua as janelas vedavam muito bem o barulho e a luz, recepção muito cordial, localização muito boa também, tanto para caminhar quanto para o uso de transportes públicos.

Super nice staff very hard bed and sheets had some stains

Oda temizdi fakat çöp kovası eksikti. Birde odada çok yetersiz priz vardı. Bazı eşyalarımı banyoya taktım.

Unfortunately, we are both tall, big guys and they gave us a a room, with a toilet seat squeezed between the wall and the shower stall, so it was impossible to wipe, you had to get up and walk away to do that.

Foi recebida pela Tânia! Ótima anfitriã. Local muito bem localizado próx a praça Marques de Pombal. Perto do passeio de ônibus para vários locais , vale tudo muito a pena. Hospedagem com elevador, porta com senha, muito limpa e aconchegante. Só deixo uma sugestão q logo na entrada tem uns 5 degraus, q poderia colocar corrimão de um lado para ajudar os portadores de assistência especial, pois lá deve receber pessoas do mundo a fora. Mas digo q foi maravilhosa! Camareiras de bem com a vida! Gratidão

The actual room was okay clean but hard to get to room feels unsafe we were robbed by taxi driver that brought us from cruise terminal so be very careful . The front seat person Joao or something like that was very rude not accommodating at all . I would not stay there again.

Çok yakınında inşaat nedeniyle sabah 08:00 de korkunç gürültü başlıyor. Çok merkezi bir yerde Ulaşımı kolay. Metroya çok yakın.

Seniors beware! There are 5-6 marble stairs at the entrance before you get to the elevator with no handrails which makes it difficult/dangerous to maneuver with suitcases. The mattress is spring and coils and unbearably uncomfortable. The bathroom is large and well equipped but we saw a silverfish, and the last night the A/C developed a noise that made it impossible to sleep. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good value.. bathroom is little small.
