Good location near bus station, within walking distance to city centre

Very nice hotel. Though the staff looks cold, they are always ready to help. Room is spacious and clean. Kitchenette and the untensils are well kept. Only set back is that they don't have enough parking space.

Frühstück sehr klein aber alles was man benötigt. Mitarbeit bei dem Frühstück konnte kein Englisch. Appartement sehr groß und sehr schön. Tolle Ausstattung. Wenig/keine Steckdosen im Bettbereich.

We opted for this hotel based on parking availability. However we are pleased to report that our room was spacious and well equipped and at a good price. A full breakfast was included and we enjoyed Armenian food at the restaurant in the evening.

Old and tired, Hotel clean no clear agenda or team. The The room was big but very worn. Did not eat there, so don’t know anything about the food. Location for me for my office is very close but for other travelers of in the middle of nowhere.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They give out good recommendations where to have dinner, and some of the popular sites to visit. The location is within walking distance to Old Town. The breakfast that is included has a god variety of food items. The rooms are worn in spots, towels are old, The floor material is low budget. Average quality for medium rates.
