This time my stay was not good. Sad experience.

I booked the room for a nephew who's taking PMMA exam and they liked how it's conveniently next the venue. The hotel staff was accommodating and the supervisors are nice.

It was good the staffs were very accommodating. However, the bathroom smelled bad and we had a hard time to lock the main door when we went out so we felt not so secure for our things inside the room .. I also couldn’t understand why we had to surrender our card key before we went out ..

It’s inviting...cozy...will come back

Best experience.. low cost but comfortable.. same as 3 star hotel..

The reception staff is very unsystematic. They let me wait for the e-card in the hotel room. My daughter and I only stayed there overnight due to scheduled power interruption in our place. Aside from that, the hotel staff are very noisy in the hallway when it's night time. One can't sleep properly due to the noise.

Hotel Sogo Kalentong should refrain from asking for the printed voucher every time we check-in. Let’s be realistic, who else carries something in hard copy?

There were a lot of insects roaming around. I killed 4. The air-con was too cold. The towels and sheets look overused already. They are worn out.

This time they give me a VIP treatment.
