宾唐库塔一直都是我的最爱。最棒的是交通便利。

当我们要求换房间时，友好的酒店工作人员帮助了我们，房间舒适宽敞，足以容纳三个人和一个小孩子，游泳池很干净，去库塔各地的商店和商场都很近，可以通过 Bintang Resort 去海滩，最令人满意的是食物很美味...🥰

酒店工作人员服务非常友好，即使您没有提前预订，办理入住也不需要等待很长时间，而且距离购物中心、银行和教堂都很近

Lokasi strategis dekat Discovery Mall, akses ke pantai lewat Hotel Bintang Bali yang masih 1 grup dengan Hotel Bintang Kuta, depan ada resto khas Vietnam, pusat keramaian, dekat dengan bandara Ngurah Rai

Keren sih ini hotelnya wajib coba,akses kemana pun sangat mudah 🫶bakalan nginep disini terus sih

I already ask for extra single bed by this apps but when we arrive at the hotel they still charge me another Rp. 800 k. When, we arrive in the room so many ants around. And the room was wet and hot because very close to the laundry. The bath room was smell of sewerage coming out to the floor. And the water smell like Rotter egg. And the tap fell out of the wall. Also the windows lid looking out to the tree was full of water. I would never ever recommend to any one to come there.

Kamar Bersih, bantal lembut dan air panas dan dingin bagus.

The surrounding are wonderful. Will come again soon.

Pro tips: Karena pintu masuk dari jalan agak kurang terlihat dan nyaru dengan pintu masuk bintang bali resort, ada patokan tulisan “Bank Mandiri” yang bisa dijadikan patokan.

Hotel cukup strategi lokasinya, tidak jauh dari pusat kota. Pelayanan cukup ramah, namum sayang saat saya menginap di lobby ada 1 orang yang terus merokok entah tamu atau karyawan di sana. Makanan juga cukup baik walaupun secara variasi tidak sebanyak hotel bintang 4 lainnya. Sofat masih bisa direkomendasikan.

Proses check in cepat, pelayanan baik dan ramah, tempat parkir luas, kamar luas n bersih.

Menyenangkan, bersih dan bisa akses langsung ke pantai.

Very convenient and strategically located in the central of Kuta Plaza busy street and adjacent to Kuta Beach. Many shops and convenient stores and foods hawkers and depot are available around the hotel. With its 4 stars, the hotel offers many facilities by standard. Behind the Bintang Kuta hotel, there is its bigger sister Bintang Balio Resort hotel with 5 stars facility. Among them, it 's beach front hotel. The room is quite spacious and has it all standard facility and amenities provided. Though it 's been over 10 years now and younger then the older sister, specially after the pandemic, should say pretty good well maintained by the management. Next to Lippo Plaza and Bebek Tepi Sawah restaurant and across there are Coco Mart, Alfa Mart and Circle K plus 3 major banks Mandiri, BCA, BNI. Very comfy and convenient. Also across there is a Vietnamese restaurant.

Lokasi strategis, kamar luas dan bagus, pelayanan yang kurang adalah saat membersihkan kamar, odol dan sabun tidak disediakan setiap hari, info dari petugas house keeping itu adalah permintaan dari penghuni, jadi aneh, odol dan sabun adalah kebutuhan pasti untuk kebersihan penghuni kamar, masak setiap hari harus minta, ini yang membuat aneh bagi saya, karena kelas hotelnya bintang 4, yang bintang 3 saja kebutuhan itu disediakan setiap hari.
