酒店有花园露台和游泳池，房间设施完备，早餐很丰盛，服务热情。 不足是酒店房间的wifi无法使用，去问前台居然说“所有的apple设备都不能使用，因为你的手机太新了，网是好的这不是我们的问题”。让人非常难以接受。

Jättefint och mysigt hotell. Poolområdet och trädgården låg lugnt och avskilt trots det centrala läget på hotellet. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Väldigt vackert hotell. Bra priser i självbetjäningsbaren.

Fint værelse, med en effektiv air konditionering, meget fint i det varme sommervejr. Fin rengøring. Og meget fin morgenmad. Meget fin have med en dejlig swimmingpool.

Lovely hotel and breakfast

Das wunderbare, stilvolle Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück mit vielen lokalen Produkten schmeckt sehr. Auch hier ist die Bedienung perfekt. Das Einzelzimmer ist eher klein, aber hübsch und das Bett ist bequem. Das ganze Hotel atmet Geschichte, und es hat sogar ein eigenes kleines Museum! Das habe ich noch nie erlebt und beeindruckt mich als Museums-Fan natürlich.

Beautiful property, centrally located for exploring. Beautiful rooms, incredibly tidy and clean, breakfast options were massive and the staff were friendly, helpful and inviting.

Phenomenal stay. Booked last minute having never been to Lugano or really knowing anything about the city. Lucked out by staying at this amazing hotel. Room was perfect. Staff were absolutely lovely and kind and helpful. Patio drinks were so good. Self service bar is a great idea. Location cannot be beat if you are traveling by train since it is only a short walk from and to the station. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
