The whole hotel looks deserted. There is only 1 man manning the front counter. Not much facilities.

we cannot take shower because they had no water. just poor!

Cosy, clean and convenient for foods till late night.

Executive deluxe room was so small. Air con and TV wasn't working and had to call housekeeping to fix it. Finally upgraded to an executive suite which was a really nice huge room with jacuzzi.

Air cond not working well

Cleanliness ok. Unfortunately front desk not friendly. no greeting at all. Please improve your customer service.
