工作人员非常友好，地理位置也很棒。不过酒店有点旧，隔音效果不太好，毛巾也有怪味。

住宿的好地方，人品很好。

酒店的清洁度很一般，还有很多需要改进的地方。不过我喜欢那里乐于助人又友好的员工！❤️

工作人员很热情，酒店位置便利。

Because of a sudden plan to go to Kota Kinabalu, I suddenly chose to stay here, the staff's service is very good, the rooms are legendary. But still satisfying. Despite the difficulty in parking, but after some time it was possible. The location of the hotel is next to mall Suria Sabah, as well as other places to eat. Will come again.

This is my favourite hotel to stay in KK. Their staff is all very friendly and professional in helping me in checking-in and out, waiting for Grab, holding the door, etc. It is also convenient just few steps across the road from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. I used to stay at hotels near Imago, but now I prefer GCH and Suria Sabah. I will definitely come again!

Aircond tak sejuk all the time. Dari awal check in smpai lah esoknya checkou. Ckap ada service aircond. Jam 1pm bru ok, lpas tu tnya lgi 4.30pm bru ok. Lpas tu smpai esok panas dalam bilik.

The facilities in the room is very old and not well maintained. The wire of the tv gt sounds and luckily I have discovered it and ask the mechanics to fix it. No toiletries provided in the room, no shampoo, shower gel etc.
