工作人员非常热情，响应迅速，但对于高级客房来说，睡觉时空调总是吹到头部。

工作人员非常好，没有早餐，靠近食物，位置太远，入住时间很好

这个房间非常适合家庭入住，我喜欢这家酒店，我喜欢这个房间，我喜欢这里的位置，也许我还可以再来这里，工作人员非常友好，位置靠近波那维斯塔地铁站，房间与预订时的图片有点不同，但没关系，一切都很好🫶🏻🫶🏻 非常感谢 Park Avenue Rochester 的热情款待🫶🏻

Room is very dusty. But not refundable

The staffs are really friendly and helpful, but the room itself I find it lacking in some areas. I stayed in a suite room for 3 nights and since its 2024 already I was expecting at least smart TV with netflix or bidet with sprayer. I hope they will upgrade their facilities soon because its such a nice place to stay, near MRT and malls and very quite at night. And somoe more variety on the breakfast buffet would be nice too.

The staff is very Friendly & the room is very clean..its a very good Hotel to stay...

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location next to shopping mall and Buona Vista MRT, hence easy to travel out to get meals.

Hotel has access far away to food court or food center further to breakfast and no mall open so we have to wait until mall open, I suggest to all new guest to bring their own food for breakfast.

We requesting for some decoration since we celebrating birthday and the staff deliver it perfectly. The room is big, with all kitchenette. Our room is in the corner with big window on both side.

Lokasi dekat dengan sekolah anak-anak saya dan dekat untuk access MRT. Ada Mall dekat juga jadi mau beli makanan gampang sekali. Hotel bersih dan wangi. Staff juga ramah.

I love this hotel. I booked 1 bedroom but my room was upgraded to 2 bedrooms. Thank you so much. The room is very clean. Feel like home. Service is good.

The room is quite small but it ' s very clean with modern and compact interior. They had 4 big comfortable pillows, perfect for us as a family of 3 (with toddler). Our son enjoyed the street view outside the window. Check in required a 50 SGD deposit. We stayed here to see a concert in The Star Vista, it is indeed very close, only 5 minutes walk to the venue and 10 minutes walk to MRT buona Vista. The downside is that the area doesn't have 24-hour minimarket and money exchange, since it ' s not a tourist destination. It could be difficult to find dinner after the concert.

The room is clean the bed & pillow just nice. The view from the window was awesome & the staff was so friendly. Will be booking again.

Pleasant stay, spacious room. Best hotel in area.
