酒店房间宽敞、干净、舒适。最近的便利店（7-Eleven）距离酒店有1公里，如果您计划入住，请务必携带水和零食。

房间很舒适，非常干净，非常宽敞，工作人员很好，很友好，每个人都得到了很好的服务

其实我很满意，很喜欢这个酒店，但是位置离捷运有点远，要另外坐公交车，但是又要走人行天桥。所以如果你带着手提箱，没关系。但房间舒适、干净、宽敞。浴室配有淋浴，马桶还配有坐浴盆，并且不漂浮。除了位置以外，一切都很好。

everything is excellent and good. just a little bit far from MRT station

The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. It was quite a long walk to the centre but it was overall an enjoyable stay.

Kamar gede. Harga kalau dulu lebih terjangkau. Sekrg ada kenaikan.

Location strategic near to orchard road, staff friendly, room is quite big and good lighting, and clean.

Mình ở phòng gia đình, phòng rộng rãi thoáng, có cửa sổ view đẹp. Đồ dùng đầy đủ, tiện nghi. Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên tốt. Tuy nhiên khách sạn ở xa các điểm phương tiện công cộng quá, muốn đi xe buýt phải đi bộ xa. Khách sạn không nằm ở khu vực trung tâm, xung quanh chỉ toàn khách sạn, không có địa điểm ăn uống hay mua sắm gì. Nói chung là đi lại khá bất tiện.

Tidak sesuai ekpektasi, pesen kamar ada balkon, dikasih ga ada balkon.

We arrived very late and there are 4 of us 3 adults 1 children, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to superior room. Thanks relc hotel.

The accommodation is perfect for family holiday. Located near the famous Orchard Road. Make more valuable. And really centered of the city. Beside the great services the RELC all staff provide. Great job. 👍🏻

Room size besar untuk tipe kamar Deluxe Quad, clean all good. Recommended untuk group of 4. Kekurangan nya hanya jauh dari public transportation, Orchard road 20 minutes walking, Stevens MRT station juga jauh.

Hotel bersih, pelayanan ramah, kamar besar.

One of the staff at the front desk was unfriendly at the night when we checked in. Unfortunately forgot his name.
