我在这里住了两晚，非常舒适。我非常喜欢宽敞的房间、舒适的床，以及带浴缸的独立浴室。入住期间，工作人员都非常热情周到，能够迅速满足我的要求。自助早餐美味可口，菜单种类丰富。如果酒店能保持这样的服务水准，我以后一定会毫不犹豫地入住。

很棒的体验，我们很高兴选择住在这里，尤其是这里的食物，简直太棒了。各种传统和西式菜肴应有尽有。

强烈推荐这家酒店给个人或商务旅客。

这里的员工非常友好热情。游泳池很适合儿童，他们提供儿童浮力圈。餐饮非常方便，酒店内就有涮锅和中餐厅。强烈推荐。很棒的酒店。

预订了豪华大床房。房间有异味。换了个房间。房间没有异味，但房间里的电源（主控）坏了，所以无法选择“请勿打扰”。我的一个评论是管理不善。

浴室水槽水龙头漏水。早餐供应传统菜肴。户外早餐区很棒。

I recently started here during thaipusam season. Their room and breakfast is good. But for room service food is really expensive. More over they charged for parking. Even underground parking they charged per hour Rm2. I'm not sure why are you charging for hotel underground parking. Hotel should provide free parking for their customer. I think you should consider on parking fee. We pay for hotel plus need to pay for parking also? Also the baby cot with stainless steel frame. Like a hospital crib. TV channels also not clear at all.

Room carpet very dirty. The rest still OK.

Nice and clean breakfast and lunch very superb.

Nice staycation at this hotel. My 1st choice hotel when come to Ipoh.

Close to the city center, quiet place, close to tourist destinations, lastly I booked an apartment type but there was a problem with the balcony door not being able to lock, the staff quickly responded and changed to a hotel type without any additional costs.

Recommended for family stay.
