Aircond very bad, tidak sejuk langsung

So far not bad. Still comfort. Staff is polite. Need some repair and refurbish. And improve cleanliness.

While I enjoy its near location to my meeting place, the room I stayed in on level 6 wasn’t really impressive. The air cond was not cold. Even after the technician came to fix it still the air cond can't function really well. They ended up giving me a fan to solved the problem 😅 The carpet feel bit dusty. But the food (breakfast) was not bad

room and toilet was okay. the only problem was with the aircond. the aircond seem like not function well. luckily, the hotel send air purifier. overall was okay to me.

The room was comfortable and check in process so easy and simple. But they need to do some maintenance on their air conditioner because not function as well but after I complain they change my room for next day.The service was good.
