入住很快，房间很棒。我第二次入住了。员工很友好

我们凌晨 2 点到达，从我们到达起，保安和接待员都表现得非常好。入住很方便，床超级舒服，房间干净整洁。不幸的是，水龙头卡住了，无法使用，但淋浴很顺畅。总的来说，酒店非常好

工作人员非常友好和乐于助人，房间很漂亮，厕所很干净，地理位置优越，步行不远就能找到夜市，旁边就是 7-Eleven，买东西很方便，还有营业至深夜的肯德基，可以满足您深夜的渴望。

Awalnya, kami mendapat kamar yang tidak memiliki jendela dan hawa di dalam kamar terasa sangat lembab. Akhirnya kami upgrade ke kamar yang memiliki ventilasi baru, enakan. Lokasi kurang strategis menurut saya, karena cuma terdapat pasar loak di sebelah hotel pada pagi hari (Minggu). Dan sepertinya hanya kami yang tinggal di hotel tersebut. Untuk para staf hotel sangat ramah dan membantu saat kami ada kendala tentang kamar.

Lokasi sangat strategis dan cari makan gampang enggak jauh.

Perfect place to stay in Ipoh

Convenient Location: The hotel is close to major attractions and local restaurants, making it easy to get around. Affordable Price: The rate was reasonable for a night's stay, ideal for budget travelers. Friendly Staff: The reception team was warm and helpful during check-in.

Stayed for a night but I think this is a good choice to stay in Ipoh. Located in the city center, there 's 7/11 next to it, walkable to some popular attractions especially if you're looking for food. The room was clean, the bathroom was good; Shower worked perfectly, had hot water, clean, and quite spacious. I would love to stay here again if I come to Ipoh for sure.

Lokasi strategis. Dekat dengan pusat kuliner. Di sebelah ada store 21jam. Staff yang helpful. Kamar cukup besar, bersih, nyaman.

French hotel was my first hotel choice everytime I come to ipoh. The hotel location is convenient and hotel staffs are friendly. However, for my trip this time, the room I stayed at (room no: 505) has bed bugs! I was bitten by these insects on my hands, thigh and feet. I went to see the doctor upon my return as the itchiness of the bites was unbearable. I really hope your management can look into this matter and revert soon.

Room is big, shower water is not hot. 7-11 just next to hotel, very convenience.

I would value this hotel as 3 Star as they have excellent service from the staff and the room is clean and the bathroom too is clean and spacious. Walking distance there are KFC and Pizza Hut. And beside there is a7-11 store. On sunday morning beside the hotel there is Pasar Karat where it sells old or antic items. Fun place to visit. If ure hungry at midnight there is a burger stall just 10 meters away which open till 4am. Love this place and will come again on my next visit. Tip. Don't move ure car from the parking space on sunday unless ure planing to come back after noon cause the people from outside will park there to visit the Pasar Karat.
