房间很舒适，只有桌子上和窗帘后面有些灰尘……希望他们每次打扫的时候都能擦干净。

淋浴设施不太好，需要维修。除此之外一切都很好。 咖啡、茶、杯子、热水壶、勺子也都包含在内。

物有所值，非常好的酒店。

住宿体验不错，房间简单，但设施齐全，适合商务旅行。

keadaan bilik bersih dan kemas..check in mudah dan pantas. tapi masalah tekanan air sangat rendah semasa di bilik air..dah complain dan check tapi tiada tindakan susulan

memenuhi jangkaan dan saya selalu cheeck in sini. makanan senang kerana gerai banyak. kemudahan shopping, dekat dengan bandar. Sangat suggest.

The staff at this hotel is not friendly and look lazy. This hotel still use old type of air conditioner. I have bad experience during my stay when I sleeping at midnight, the air conditioner suddenly leaking badly. Causing my item wet. Not really recommend this hotel.

Check in pantas, location strategik, kedai makan dan serbanika banyak

Saya tersilap melihat jenis bilik. Sampai di hotel, staff hotel sangat membantu. Dia berikan saya upgrade bilik ke super king dengan harga yang sangat berbaloi. Kawasan hotel yang sangat convenience. Pelbagai kedai makan, kedai serbaneka dan kedai 24 jam. Dan berdekatan juga dengan Lotus. Kedudukan hotel di tengah bandar.

Stayed 4 night here, I have asked 3 times to clean up my room, but the didn't do it. I have req to their concierge and put the tag on the door. I have no idea what was on their mind? I wanna rest asap after the journey but have to wait like 30 minutes to get ready to use the room after yelling in frontline. Very bad! Haircap was used before, a lot of hair on the floor, you can easily hear sound from outside, small size room, really? For standard queen? This is my first find a standard queen room with that small size. Some wall has dirty spots also. One more, the air conditioner sounds really annoying and bothered.

very good hotel, recommended for short staying

The location is strategic, next to Tesco. the cleanliness can be improved as I saw wall of the toilet was dirty, the floor a bit greasy. in term of deco and ambient of the room was good. Kindly note that sink located at the outside of bathroom

It's good for short stay. The room was small but enough for me as I only used it for 4 hours before I catch my flight.
