酒店环境优美，设施齐全，靠近帕扬市场。

酒店离市区很近。

我女儿把她的泰迪熊落在了酒店，酒店帮我安排了邮寄！非常感谢前台接待员Ain和Nurul Amirah的帮助。另外，椰浆饭也很好吃。

食物很美味，地理位置也很好。就在昨天凌晨3点，我们遇到了一只蟑螂，不过我们已经把它打死了。一切都很好。

员工非常友好，食物也很美味。还会再来😍❤️

我父亲最喜欢的地方，因为它靠近白色清真寺，也靠近公交车站，接待员很友好。

Walaupun location memusing², tp sgt puas hati. Easy check in. Food was really good. Ada kopok lekor goreng panas², nasi dagang. Mcm2 food ada. Katil pun best. Besar.

The stay was pleasant enough. Staffs were friendly and gave good service. The hotel itself is not new but the room and facilities were good enough. Cleanliness at some parts of the hotel should be better though for example at the pool toilet. Breakfast was included in the room price so the lack of choice was understandable. Overall an OK stay.

The room has no hot water supply. The bathroom floor was flooding due to uneven floor. No hair dryer.

Corridor was dark unable to find room number. Breakfast start at 7am but not until 7.30am we have just noodle and some overnight watermelon. This was all for breakfast buffet. What a shocking hotel in my life.

Walau 3 bintang, pelayan bagus.

The location is just perfect especially if you intend to do some shopping at Pasar Payang. It 's just 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Masjid Zainal Abidin is just on the doorstep. Local food stalls & supermarket are also nearby. But the hotel itself is somewhat old I. E judging from the room interior with broken door, dirty curtain & no toiletries just to name a few.

Bilik harga RM207 tapi keadaan bilik macam hotel bajet. Katil koyak, tilam buruk, kotor, bilik berbau. Memang frustrate! Memang tak akan pijak lagi lah hotel ni!

It 's located near to mosque. Easy to assess to to town easy grab and nice meal.

Bilik yang sangat bersih, luas dan sangat selesa, makanan alhamdulillah sedap. Saya selalu menginap di hotel ini bila ada meeting atau kursus di Kuala Terengganu.

The room and hospitality from the staff was good. Just that the iron board was broken and I had asked for a replacement but not to avail. Hopefully the staff can be more alert on this matter.

Comfy and clean, very recommended.

Bad experienced with this hotel. Rooms is very old, smelly & dirty. The mattress even worst, vey old matress and we can feel uneven spring inside the bed. I have nightmare staying here. Won't come again.
