The room was very small and very basic. And quite overpriced. No mirror provided except in the toilet. For rm300 + per night you can get much better at another hotel.

Hotel ini sesuai untuk mereka yang gemar aktiviti luar menunggang kuda, memandu go-kart, bermain paintball juga terdapat taman arnab.Jika anda ingin ke pantai, jarak agak jauh juga kerana memerlukan pemanduan kira-kira 10 minit.

Very bad experience. I stay at bandwagon bw24 with no airconditioning. After report to housekeeping it still the same. So bad holiday. Can't sleep.

Aircondition got problem. The technician come to visit but still the same. I am not satisfied with this holiday. Very bad experience. I stay at band wagon BW24.

Overall, had a good time. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Great pool. But, rooms cleanliness must be improved. We got a room with dust and insects on our beds but we requested for a room change.

the resort clean & specious,book tepee room for different experience,all staff very helpful, overall very satisfied during the stay, can improve the parking area though. surely will come back!

I booked Kampung House on 23 August.At first,we get problem with the shower in toilet.But soon we had a new room.Very excellent service from them.A lot of activities for kids here. Cons :I thought there was a swimming pool under the house,but it was closed,no pool as I thought.Maybe because of MCO@covid case.There was a lot of bird droppings at KH balcony.

Keadaaan bilik yang kotor, air cond rosak dan berair, shower yang tekanan air rendah, kemudahan kolam mandi yang tidak sempurna.. makanan breakfast baik.

It's different experience for us. We used to stay at hotel of modern setting but, looking for different setting, try at eagle ranch resort, pleasant to stay. I take Kampung House, its very huge room, the floor can fit another 4 adults person with extra space. Got also balcony, the room above the pool but very sad, during our stay, the pool below the room is under maintenance. If not, the view must be very beautiful. Looks exactly as pictures. Toilet is very huge too. Got aircond, astroJoy, also a fridge. Balcony have a pair of chair to allow visitors enjoy the beautiful view above the pool. Breakfast with variety of choice. Got also extra pool for visitors to enjoy swimming despite the huge pool below the room is under maintenance includes for kids and adult pool. Got rabbit farm, horse farm, allow visitors to ride the horse. But in the morning, suddenly electricity got cut off, black out but the workers handles quite fast. Overall nice and recommended. For family, can stay at kampung house, can fit 5-6 people with extra space, suit for family with kids.

Spacious room. Cleanness area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but late open. Suitable for family to do many activities here. The pool at Kampung House still under renovation. Lucky still have another pool. Recommended for spent 3d2n here.

Overall everything are perfect as my needs for convenience bringing my infant for the trip compare to my last stay. only one that make me disappointed was the front desk informed us that our booking was not included breakfast though we have to pay for our breakfast while I am busying settle down my infant. so I didn't argue much with them. I believe they have the well details of our booking.

View yang cantik. Terdapat aktivitas yang boleh kita sertai dengan bayaran. Namun sedikit penambahbaikan yang perlu dibuat oleh pihak resort iaitu tekanan air yang rendah dalam tandas bilik chalet.

We had our Family Day here, choosing their list of games and it was great! the staffs were nice and helpful, we really enjoyed the games! the only downside is their room facilities, some of us had broken aircond, leaking tap and few more but it was bearable (they attend the complain as soon as they can) their activities was also exciting. 2 days 1 night wasn't enough, I can say. so if you want to stay here and want to try their activities, I suggest you to stay at least for 3D2N.Most probably will come again

周末和家人一起度过了美好的时光，价格合理，设施一流。最棒的是，从前台到客房清洁，这里的员工大多都很友好。当然，厨师和服务员也很棒，食物也很美味。
