Sepertinya perawatan hotel kurang baik. Lift rusak, pegangan pintu copot, shower tidak bisa di set tegak karena kemungkinan ada pin yang patah. Btw, lokasinya strategis, 3 menit menuju aeon mall dan IKEA.

great location, near by aoen mall

good location to shopping complex like aeon, ikea and tesco. we choose family suite for our stay and it is a real big room. the surrounding is a bit scary because it was dark and too quiet. you have to pay RM50 deposit with cash only and can be refunded during check out. if you looking for a place just for staying through the night then this will be a suitable place.

Ở đây không phải là khách sạn, nên giới thiệu là nhà nghỉ để khách đến khỏi ngỡ ngàng. Dịch vụ không có gì ngoài chỗ để ngủ. Nhân viên không thân thiện và cũng chẳng hỗ trợ gì cả dù khách mang hành lí nặng nê....

Air cond function well, Wifi not function and run out mineral water. Overall this facility getting worse. I think management not doing about this.

Towel old and dirty, room have cockroach, plug not really functional, wifi totally cannot use

I stay at hotel tebrau ct and booked malay suite. . at the photo, it show the bathroom have a bathtub. .suddenly, doesn't have bathtub, please remove the picture. you just make the client confuse and feel upset. 3. the floor is not clean enough. .feel so greasy include the bathroom. 4. please bring back the 3 in 1 sachet; coffee or nescafe in the room. .

Only good thing - Room is spacious; but facilities are too old. Lobby is dark and lots of mosquitoes around. Only 3 TV channels.

Overall very nice and clean hotel. Staff are well train and very polite. Good job staff.

Selesa dan staff yang baik. Berdekatan dengan tempat yang dituju.

Lokasi dekat dengan aeon mal, lobby dan toilet kamar bagus. Yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi karpet di dalam kamar dan lorong menuju kamar karena karpetnya sudah tidak bagus. Secara overall lumayan bagus menginap di hotel ini.

Room badly worn out. Need to refurbished. Should always check room conditions monthly.

The room was very big. The toilet and bed were nicely arranged. Love the style of the room. The price was cheap and hotel was strategic. Walkable to Aeon and most importantly was the cleanliness.

Bersih dan ramah, dekat mall sangat bagus.

Lokasi sekitar hotel sepi, hanya strategis dengan mal aeon saja. Kamar sempit, jendela kecil dan tidak bisa di kunci. Hairdryer dan keran toilet rusak, Telpon resepsionis hanya mendapat respon ditunggu tapi tidak datang.

Ok lah. Bersih jugak laa cuma ada bau sikit laluan ke bilik, laluan pon tak berapa rata.
