第五次住在这里..真的很值得..一如既往...孩子们很开心..我的公婆也喜欢泡热水澡..住在别墅真的很值得，有一个私人温泉按摩浴缸..你可以洗澡直到晚上...只是家具有点旧..需要升级..

工作人员非常友好高效，让我们的住宿体验非常愉快。房间干净整洁，床也超级舒服。酒店位置便利，距离高速公路出口仅几分钟路程，环境清幽，方便我们轻松探索酒店设施。

Anak-anak semua seronok👍. Bilik luas, pool ada 3 jenis, nak panas, nak sejuk semua best. Lg 1, sesiapa yang nak datang nanti korg kene tau segala belian dalam area hot springs ni tak pakai cash ye, QR atau card sahaja. Makanan pun best. Anak-anak dah request nak pergi lagi nanti. Lagi 1 staf pun ok. Saya ada tertinggal barang dekat villa, minta tolong pos, staf respon dan jujur. Thank you semua. Ada rezeki nanti kami datang lagi🥰

Perfect for honeymoon and family get away. It comes with free access to hot spring and chargeable tickets to petting zoo. Breakfast is so-so.

The place to stay was great however I have problem with my booking. I booked for 2 adults + 2 children. I was expecting 2 bed for 4 persons to sleep. Turn out the room only have bed for 2 adults. So I have to purchase extra bed for my children. Breakfast entitled for 2 pax only instead of 4 pax. Breakfast included should mean for all 4 of us. Thanks.

Pleasant stay though amenities in the room are a bit worn out. Maybe, considering refreshing some of the amenities in the room.

Tempat yang menarik untuk berehat kerana suasana yang tenang dan damai. Kemudahan rekreasi yang sangat menarik untuk merehatkan badan dan minta. Boleh berendam dalam jakuzi lama-lama. Pengalaman baru bagi kami sekeluarga.

Friendly customer service. Private & peaceful place. Lots of activities can be enjoyed there.

The kitchen was so smelly and dirty, aircone so noisy, old furnitures and there is cigarette butts besides the private pool. Moreover, when we reach the restaurant in 8:30am for breakfast only left few eggs welcome us. If you don't mind to spend> RM500+ to gain the experience above, please go ahead!

Alhamdulillah, we enjoyed a great stay here on our weekend getaway. Room, beds and facilities meet our needs. A few times came here before and still good as before, although there are facilities around the hotel have changed places such as food stalls and wide screens near the reception area are gone and moved outside the resident entrance gate but only for food stalls available and no wide screen, but we are still happy and satisfied. For the hotel management please take note room no. 120 the sink is clogged during our stayed. Thank you.

They gave me the wrong villa. Bad smell in the villa. Should put some air freshener in the villa.

The room spacious, comfy & clean. Breakfast was delicious too. The Hot Springs also not far away from the room. I’m very satisfied with the service provided. Plan to come here again next time.

So nice place,calm dan peacefull.Every staff so friendly and so much helpfull. Waterpark is unexpected to be so nice and clean. Will come again, my family love the place
