Clean, convenient, pleasant staff, good location.

Bed not comfortable, couldnt sleep all night, felt the slats

The ac did not work and the owner/desk clerk asked us if we set the thermostat like we are dumb! We wanted to buy coffee from him and he said it was 5 euros a cup!! IMost hotels provide coffee. The property was in an area that didn't look nor did it feel safe.

The lady who is the concierge worked above and beyond.she was wonderful. All the staff was friendly and helpful!
