Dirty places TV and water heater cannot work.

All were good. Water water heater not function. Thank you.

Service at counter no good, Tv tak hidup, aircond bila on bunyi kuat, deposit masa check out takde bagi balek, not recommend bagi sesiapa yang nak check in kat hotel ni. Very bad hotel

Not bad..nearby selayang hospital.

Booked a room with a queen bed, but was told there ' s no more room with a queen bed left. Had to pay for an upgrade due to the hotel ' s incompetence. Dirty room, dirty bed sheets, the room smells musty and the pillows are so dirty. Would never stay here again.

Hotel mempunyai ruang bilik yang luas dan selesa. Tempat parking yang sesuai dan tidak sunyi. Kawasan hotel juga sangat strategik yang berdekatan dengan kedai makan dan kemudahan lain. Cuma, kedudukan aircond di dalam bilik sepatutnya berdekatan dengan katil. That's all.

Nice accommodation. We had a great holiday. The staff is also helpful. Recommended to all because it is cheap and comfortable.

The staff asked us to bring printed booking order for the hotel reference which is not relevant because they don't have their own printer. I booked for a family room and turns out the aircond in the room is not function. Smell so bad as well. cant connect to WiFi at all during our stay. Well we get to change the room because of the non-functioning aircond but the smells remain. It's kinda old fashion too for a hotel with that price. No problem with toilet etc. We stayed for 3 days and the room service didn't even come for cleaning unless we checked out.

Hotel ini ok je for a budget hotel.

When I came to check in, the hotel already gave the room I booked to other occupants. At first, they gave me family room for 3 adults. I asked for other option, then they gave me 2 rooms with a king size bed.
