No water! The worst is, no one apologize on the inconvenience. Not even offering anything to console us with this issue. And found that, this kind of water disruption has been has happened this year with notice on board - 18/5/23 already got water disruption. Need to go to pool changing room to find water! Its a disgrace for a 3 star hotel. Not worth even 0.5 star. Apart from no water, no wifi even got mentioned have free wifi in booking. Do not stay here!

Bad customer services, unfriendly staff. Untrained manager, untrained staff don't know how to treat customer nicely. Maybe because I don't look like a Tan Sri.

Everything ok. Only shower water very slow and room not clean together surrounding area we need to remind fount desk staff to ware face mask during attend work quest check in, all 3 staff around there during COVID-19 are still active. Too pretended

Receptionist is nice, bilik cantik, selesa, keperluan semua cukup dalam bilik, ada beranda boleh tengok pemandangan di luar.

Pekerja bangla di kafe tidak bagi penerangan yang betul, disebabkan virus covid-19, sarapan secara buffet tidak disediakan & kami perlu order dulu sarapan, bila tanya yang mana boleh order dengan kopun, dia kata semua boleh, selepas makan kami dapat bil perlu bayar RM31, sedangkan kami order bilik included sarapan untuk 4 orang, sepatutnya kena bagi penerangan yang betul, makanan mana yang boleh pilih & yang mana kena bayar jika order.. Mula nak bagi review yang baik, tapi akhirnya kecewa

I am wondering how come this resort can get 3 star rating...bedroom in very bad condition...even the pillow as hard as rock... I was so dissapointed

The room was comfy, the water a bit slow. the breakfast was ok although the menu never have variety since a couple years.

Check-in : There was no receptionist on duty during my arrival (arrive around 12.15 am after my seminar at other nearby place) for check-in, there was guard taking responsibility for my check in and he told me that there was no room available but my purchase via online has been accepted before and payment was successful. After he made confirmation with manager maybe via phone, he just pass me a key & 3 remote control and informed that is the last room. How come my purchase was successful but there was no room? Room : Its ok since I just want to stay for overnight and continue my seminar at other place. But it looks quite old and not maintaining well. TV can't be switch on because only 3 remote control just gave to me (Air-cond, Fan and Decoder). Breakfast : I though its a buffet breakfast but its ala-carte. Very limited choice. But luckily there was Korean group having buffet breakfast and the workers allow me to take from the buffet because the Korean group just finish their breakfast. Also the buffet very limited choices. The workers was nice as they provide us extra watermelon slices and fried egg. Than you! Check-out : The receptionist refuse to refund me the RM 100 deposit because she told me that there must be 4 remote control. I told her that I just received 3 remote control but she don't want to believe me. I said she can call the guard who gave me the key and remote during my check in to confirm. At the same time she ask the housekeeping on duty to check in my room. After she got answer from the guard via call which confirmed that he gave me only 3 remote control, then only she refund me RM 100 deposit without any apologies! Conclusion : Ok to stay for a short overnight. Additional values on the scenery of golf environment. Its green and calm / peaceful location far away from crowd and noise.

Lokasi baik. Breakfast sederhana. Kemudahan OK kecuali TV tidak di-upgrade kepada sistem semasa dan tidak berfungsi. Harga perlu disesuai dengan kemudahan yang ada.

Suasana hotel sangat tenang, layanan staff memuaskan, cuma pihak hotel perlu tingkatkan mutu siaran televisyen kerana langsung tiada siaran untuk kami sekeluarga untuk menonton TV dan staff dibahagian cafe perlu peka jika minuman kopi telah kehabisan perlu di-refill semula tanpa membuat pelanggan melihat sama ada air kopi tersebut ada arau tidak dan perlu memunggu dengan lama.

Worth to stay! The price is reasonable with the service that they provided!

The room is not clean. The food is average only. The facilities is very old. They should upgrade it.

There is no lock for toilet room door. Cannot close.

Bilik selesa, kelengkapan cukup. Ada mini fridge, iron, LED TV & aircond cepat sejuk. Bahagian bilik mandi pula water heater rosak. Air sangat perlahan. Pool juga sesuai untuk anak-anak bermain tapi ada sedikit kerosakan dalam pool kanak-kanak. Jubin pecah sampai terluka kaki saya semasa teman anak main. Mujur bukan anak yang kena. Hope pihak PDGCC blh repair apa yang patut. Sarapan x banyak pilihan. Menu yang sama dan sangat pedas. Dari 5 bintang sayang dapat rate 2 bintang jer.

The lodging has lost much of beauty! It's old and badly needs a work over! The coffee house is over run with flies! The cleanliness is about average where the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning! The bathroom can be divided into a dry and wet concept with a glass panel installation! Better lighting is needed here too! Breakfast is about average! A plus being in a Golf resort, the view was beautiful and peaceful! On the whole, the resort badly needs a major renovation to uplift its image! The staff and security personnel were very helpful and welcoming...a plus for the establishment!
