酒店安静，大堂氛围美观。有很多艺术品和陶瓷展品。房间宽敞明亮。价格合适。需要更频繁地推出促销活动，以吸引更多客人入住。

虽然没有专门的酒店停车场，但酒店附近有很多停车场。酒店氛围安静，不吵闹。

柜台服务热情友好，快速解决问题

我爸爸住院的时候住在这里。位置离医院很近，打Grab只要5林吉特左右。附近还有莲花超市、全家便利店、屈臣氏超市、Guardian超市、Zus咖啡店和各种食品店。房间本身很宽敞，设施齐全，室外还有饮水机。令人惊讶的是，我们的浴室有浴缸。一切都很干净，没有麝香味，空调很冷，一切都令人满意。下次我爸爸需要检查时，我还会再住在这里。就我住的价格而言，这里很便宜。

Very good, tempat bersih, kemana mana dekat

As a budget hotel, room cleanliness and space were satisfactory. However, the air-conditioning in two rooms was poorly maintained and faulty. Despite complaints, no action was taken, and the staff falsely claimed the issue was resolved. Stayed for 2 nights.

Gambar marketing dalam website x sama cam yang dpt. Deluxe twin xde bathtub. Kena tukar bilik, dapat bilik aircond x function. buat aduan.. tggu sampai siang xde technician dtg... berkicap duk dalam swan hotel... first and last stay at swan

Hotelnya bersih, cuman sayang Air conditioner jelek tidak dingin sudah lama tak berfungsi bagus dan bising, trus karena kamar yang di kasih ada window, sangat bising sampai malam jam 2-5 subuh, motorcycle lewat situ. Kalo bisa di upgrade lagi hotel khususnya air conditioner.

The location is very strategic. Easy to find a food. The staff is friendly.

Except the hot tap is not functioning, other expeeience is very pleasent for me.

Cleanliness and room condition

Room are small and dirty with damaged electrical equipment provided for guest with electrical hazard that would cause fatality exist in the room for my stay!

Harga berpatutan tanpa breakfast. Bilik selesa, bersih. Receptionist mesra. Dekat dengan tempat makan, bank. Tapi, dalam gambar ada bathtub mandi, realitinya sudah tiada. 😅

Booking untuk 4 persons tapi dapat free breakfast for 2 only. Lain-lain semua oke.

Bilik hotel bersih. Layanan Front Desk juga amat baik

Nyaman, luas dan bersih tempatnya.

Comfortable & easy to get food.

The only hotel that provides rooftop garden so we can relax after working without visiting malls which are around 30 minutes from there The receptionists are very helpful especially mr. Zacky whom i talked a lot with. Will definitely go back to this place and enjoy more of the rooftop

The room is good enough. The hot water is available all the time The hospitality and help from the receptionists (especially mr. Zacky) and the security guard really help us in doing a business trip all the best for everyone. Next visit, I'll try to chill around at the rooftop. Something that i missed from my visit on July 31st until august 2nd. Cheers
