Easy check in --- good parking --- room was super clean -- bed was comfortable -- TV worked fine.

Good, clean and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. We were cycle touring so the parking was ample and we were able to secure our bikes easily. Only slight grumble was that the sink is too shallow to fill jugs and water bottles easily.

Large spacious room. Big bathroom with large vanity. Usual kitchen appliances. Quick checkin. Short walk to the shopping strip. Easy parking.

Booked in on Wotif, then shortly after was told there was no room.

0/10 is all this place deserves. We arrived at 5pm driving past a run down house which looks abandoned and nothing like the advertisement. We found reception locked and no one in sight- we were the only ones there. Called the motel number and it rang out. A few minutes later I received a call from a mobile and it was the motel. After confirming my booking and confusion over what room we had, I was told the key was under the mat and to let myself in. I asked about the arrangements for the advertised $11 breakfast, to be told “we don’t do breakfast”. Of course no key under our mat or any others. I had to ring back and make the lady come and get us the key. After waiting some time a very pleasant and polite lady arrived to unlock the reception and give us our key. On entering the room it was disgusting. The carpet had huge stains throughout the entire room built up over a long time, there were food crumbs all over the kitchen counter, there was no blind on the back window and the door safety chain had been cut off. I wouldn’t stay here for $75 let alone the charge of $175! Luckily we managed to find a much better room just down the road - $15 cheaper! The only plus to this place was the polite lady agreed to a full refund through the booking site without question. Clearly this happens a lot! I have no idea how this gets any positive reviews. DO NOT stay here.

Lean and tidy space for us 3 ladies. Simple and solid with refreshed features. Excellent for our needs.

The basic stay at the motel was ok , but disappointed that there is no restaurant or breakfast as still advertised Very misleading when booking and especially when you are expecting something.

Easy walk to the Murray River and into town. Tocumwal is a lovely town. No restaurant at the hotel, but food options in town. The IGA is large

Staff was great, the only thing i didnt like was shower was broken and had to be relocated to another room.
