Not sure why they have organized us in a room with disable facilities. Seated WC for disabled. Disabled use faucet etc. Not conveniente at all.

We had quite an enjoyable three-night stay at the Grand Hotel Palace. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were wonderfully helpful and polite. The included breakfast was a real plus, served by very courteous waitresses. Our only gripe would be the noise level one night, with some guests being rather boisterous and extremely loud in the corridors late at midnight. A bit of a shame, but it doesn't overshadow what was otherwise a thoroughly commendable stay. Would happily return.

A fine choice of hotel. The room was clean and comfy. A good selection at breakfast including omelette cooked to order if that’s what you like. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Ist was all top. This Hotel can only get more excellent in very small details like a superior bed or more space to hang towels in the bathroom. Splendid experience after all!

Il mio hotel preferito ad Ancona, unica pecca la mattina il personale di servizio che monopolizza l’unico ascensore e quando si viaggia con bagagli è complicato fare le scale, per il resto è tutto perfetto!
