Balcony views were lovely

The breakfast was wonderful and always came on time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views and property were outstanding. We always enjoy our stay here.

The room was clean, well appointed, and the ocean view was breath-taking. The staff were very good. From greeting in the parking lot and help with the luggage to check in to check out all staff interactions were friendly, helpful.

Hice la reserva en hoteles.com y me indicaba un precio con impuesto incluido, pero al hacer el checkin se me cobró el monto de la reserva y se agregó el impuesto.

Sinceramente, acredito que esse hotel deva ter sido bom.Atualmente, não recomendo! Funcionários despreparados, café da manhã péssimo e incompatível com o valor da estadia.

Muy deteriorado

Un verdadero desastre, Unos Mentirosos. Dicen tener restaurante Y NO TIENEN NADA. El desayuno, peor que de una carcel. No se hacen cargo de las mentiras. El Dueño, es el peor de todos. Nos negaron servicio de restaurante por que tenian un grupo de 10 personas y segun ellos, no podian atender más que eso. NO LO RECOMIENDO por ningún motivo.

Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly.

Views wonderful but you do need The hotel and staff were very good however it is unfortunate that the hotel does not have any food facilities i.e. restaurant anf or cafe.

The landscape is fantastic from the bedroom, but the facilities should be much better.

Sitting on a rock overlòking the Pacific is greatest asset of hotel. One must walk or bus to neighbouring cituez if without a car....super vidtas along the way. One has breakfast delivered every day, as there is no dining room. Not a bad way to begin the day by overlooking the ocean.

Falta de información al momento de la reserva de la habitación que te están entregando, pague por ella como en un hotel 5 estrellas y quede en una habitación de residencial, y que me disculpen los de las residenciales por que puede que tengas mejores que ellos.
