Slow draining tub and kind of small room for the price

The staff was very professional and friendly. No pets allowed. Staff was very accommodating. Appreciative of Breakfast however options were very limited,

The pool was small. and the Breakfast sucked. They ran out the entire time i was there and would not refill anything that ran out, and it was such a small breakfast area that it was crowded. The room is also small barley any room to move around the beds. If you want to be cramped all the time book here if not go someplace else. Not worth the money

I like that the place was clean and uncrowded. The pool is a nice touch and breakfast had some hot elements. Unfortunately, the toilet leaked and I could hear it refilling the tank every :15 all night.

Overall the property was very good. The attitude of the front attendant when we checked in. She was young, untrained with an attitude. She was short, snippy and would not answer when asked a question. She was on her phone and sitting at a desk below the counter. She was very cold. The remainder of the stay was very pleasant.

Well maintained location with great staffing and service. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only opportunity was the sleeping accommodations. We had 2 adults and 3 children and the room had two queen beds. I was expecting a pull out sofa but instead the last bed was a vinyl pad placed atop the air conditioner by the window! I was disappointed at this arrangement and why I rated the room as 3/5 stars.

It served our purpose clean, accessible and a fair price. Nothing exciting but we would stay again. Only problem maybe have staff a little better trained in what is going on. I was told I would have no hold on my card yet all of a sudden I have a $178 hold on my card. I think this should be stated when you book. I all of a sudden had barely any money. Most places do maybe $50. I was not happy at all about this.

The place is alright. The front desk girl was quiet with no facial expression. Room size is on the small end but cleaned. The bed was not as comfortable to me. Walls are thin, could hear people's microwave beeped. The full body mirror was a plus! The hot tub was hot.

It was a very nice hotel to stay at and we got a suggestion for great place to eat

We have stayed here multiple times over the years,The rooms were newly remodeled, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't get any fresh towels, our trash was never emptied and we ran out of toilet paper, kleenex and coffee. I requested house keeping when I checked online. It wasn't until the 3rd day I had to request these things. I think light house keeping and replenishing supplies would be expected for a 3 night stay.

We stayed 1 night here to visit Effigy Mounds National Monument. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was more like a sauna. So hot in there! The breakfast was nothing to brag about. Overall it was a great deal for the money. I would stay again.

Unfortunately, a hard-of-hearing guest in the adjoining room fell asleep and didn’t know they left the very loud tv on all night. The hotel staff tried, but could not solve the problem. The manager apologized the next day, as did the guest. The property was fine, and I would stay there again.

Clean, rather Spartan setting. 2 ceiling pot lights & 2 wall light/outlet sconces in bedroom area limited reading & working options. 2 stacking chairs at the desk were not comfortable. Vinyl flooring. Bathroom lighted & vented as expected. Had to leave early so requested early Saturday breakfast: OK’d on check-in, coffee, yogurt, & place settings was all that was provided before we had to leave.

Property appeared clean. Pool was warm and hot tub was HOT. There was only about 12 pool towels out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend? And none were in the dirty bin... bit odd. Our room appeared clean, but the fridge was not cleaned and had the last guests beer still there, we did notify the front desk.
