The service was marginal at best and the room was very small without any real amenities. The breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing extra extraordinary.

Friendly staff (someone on duty at all hours was very useful for late arrival/early start) nice building, good location. Our room was relatively small and dark as half the window had been bricked up.

The staff needs little more training to be attentive to customers .

Staff not very helpful came in 1 minute past 20 and they wouldn’t feed us and do we went to bar then we had to hunt down someone to serve us Was leaving on tour before breakfast and they would get us a breakfast box or anything atall to take with us

Room clean and staff are really nice

Very pleasant and comfortable rooms in a well maintained historic building. Restaurant is good for lunch and dinner too. My only demerit is that staff will ring quite late, apparently not aware some people sleep before midnight.

The hotel is really beautiful, the rooms are a little small, but comfortable, the bed are also cozy and very clean. the breakfast is good enough, but we have a bad experience in our first breakfast, the staff in the breakfast was very rude and unpolite, we were the only people at the breakfast room, but no one came to check if we need anything. but in general we have a good experience

The bar area, was nice. Food looked good, but was always cold.

Room was a little smaller than expecting but still comfortable. However the wifi in the room was barely existent. Would continuously disconnect and re-connect, or need password reset. Amazing restaurant, great bathroom.

Lindo e confortável hotel, muito bem localizado. Arquitetura muito agradável e quartos amplos, limpos e confortáveis. A única ressalva é que a cozinha fecha as 21:00 e não há room service.... Como chegamos as 21:30, ficamos sem comer nada à noite.

When checking in the hotel did not accept out debit OR our credit card. We had to go to an ATM machine to get cash. We were in a bigger trip, and everywhere else in Chile we were able to use our cards. To go to an ATM machine they couldn’t even give us the right directions. The front desk from another hotel nearby helped us (even though ee were not staying there). So we payed the hotel in cash and no receipt eas giving to us. Checking out, there was a different person on the reception desk who couldn’t find out wheter ee had payed or not. Also, no knowledge of the city, the front desk couldn’t even give us restaurants informations. The location is good and the hotel (an old historic building) is nice, but the staff really need to improve.

Beautiful property in classic building, centrally located off main public square. Totally agree with recent reviewer, may be the best hotel shower (pressure and temperature) I’ve ever had. Walking distance to restaurants and waterfront, try Le Chocolat for a decadent treat. Lomitos fun for good sandwiches and ice cream.

Friendly staffs with very clean room. Breakfast was good and the hotel is located in center of the town, lots restaurants nearby. There is a safe parking behind the hotel.

Rooms were tiny and did not look as represented in the photos. Our room was also right above the front door and right on the street with ZERO noise insulation. There were hairs of different types on our pillow when we checked in. Very disturbing. The common areas on the first floor are nice and updated, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. I would NOT stay here again! Barely slept due to the noise.
