the bed is not very clean

What a scam!!! We’ve booked a suite then hotel provided an attic for us. They explained the pictures in booking app is not correct. We were very disappointed.

1. The room is large. Fare include breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is ok while the dinner is terrible, almost only vegetable, no meat. 2. Absolutely No WiFi in room. 3. The introduction says “Eve dinner” is included, but I am misled to interpret dinner is included only if I book the hotel on 31, Dec. We ate outside before check in and found dinner is provided. 4. It is strange one table is reserved for one room all day long, which means if you go early to the restaurant and there is good table available(eg. lakeside view), you still can not use it because it is reserved by other room.

Hotel was very good little bit dated, but on the whole excellent place to stay Plenty of options for breakfast Absolutely superb location

Location is scenic. However the hotel does not provide kettle, coffee or tea in the room. Drinking water was not replenished daily. It is very inconvenient because have to go to the restaurant at the lobby to get water and hot water. This inconvenience is unacceptable for the price you pay for the stay. Hope they can provide this basic necessity to guests in the future.

Camera pulitissima ed enorme. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Ideale anche per famiglie, come la nostra con un bambino piccolo. Consigliatissimo!
