I don't mind was given a room at the end of the building and out of sights. What I mind was the sheet is dirty with stain and the room smell bad. Thanks

Very good accommodation. Rooms are clean; air conditioner is in a very good working condition; restrooms are tidy. Overall experience is great!

Hotel kecil, jauh dari kota, daerah dekat pub dan tak da orang Melayu, so susah cakap Melayu.

No consideration. Every action or approach there's an additional cost or they asked for money. Very bad hotel.

Proses check in nya lama. Dibilang no voucher belum terdaftar lah, terus kamar sangat kotor banyak debu. Gudang barang dimana-mana.

Kamar mandi kurang bersih, meja kotor, gelas kotor.

Lokasi strategis, dekat sama nasi Kandar yang murah nan enak. Oh ya ini cari hotelnya namanya star ya.

Toilet umum buat yang nunggu di lobby tidak ada terus harus bayar tax (pajak) sebesar 10RM permalam padahal di hotel saya menginap sebelumnya sama-sama booking via online tidak ada tuh yang gitu. Terus deposit lagi 50Rm.

Untuk keseluruhan oke selain itu tempatnya juga bersih, dan dekat ke bukit bintang sekita 5-7 menit pake grab harga grabnya 5-6 RM.

recommended untuk backpacker, dekat dengan MRT tinggal jalan kaki aja, hotel bersih sesuai dengan harga lah. kalau ke KL pasti menginap ke first and new star lagi

TV has only local channels, bath towels smell like old rug. Though WiFi is good and accessible to all locations since it’s near to the LRT.

Water Kettle not functioning beside that.. Just okay

I stayed in deluxe room and its quite big. Overall is okay for a budget hotel price that you pay for.

WiFi line very slow and the service is the same

The receptionist was very kind. Room was ok. the sheets covering the bathroom was poorly arranged water heater doesn't work.
