前台服务非常热情周到。我早上10点到达，他们就让我办理了入住。我强烈推荐这家酒店。

酒店地理位置绝佳，位于武吉免登，靠近阿罗街等夜生活热门地点。我和母亲及侄子一起入住，感觉非常适合有老人甚至幼儿的家庭。酒店设施无可挑剔，我很喜欢泳池。不过，作为一家连锁酒店，早餐种类略显单一。

员工非常友好，而且地理位置也靠近餐饮场所。

总体来说还不错。离阿罗街也不远。

我预订的航班一大早就抵达了吉隆坡。我给酒店预订部门发了邮件，他们很快就回复了。回复非常及时。酒店预订流程也很简单。

很舒服，设施齐全就像公寓一样，有冰箱（带冷冻室），炉灶，长沙发，餐桌，卫生间看起来是刚装修过，下次出行还住这里

房间非常宽敞，空调凉爽，隔音效果极佳。泳池景观也非常漂亮。食物虽然种类不多，但味道相当不错，酒店区域干净整洁。强烈推荐！

总体来说还不错。我们恰好只住了一晚。但是工作人员的服务不太周到……我们自己推着行李箱才进酒店大堂，在其他酒店，只要有客人下出租车，酒店工作人员通常会立即帮忙照看行李箱。即使行李员都很忙，保安通常也会立即主动帮忙。 房间还可以……有一个比酒店里常见的更大的单门冰箱，还有一个微波炉。只是提供了一个电炉，配有餐具+洗洁精（包括海绵）……唯一缺少的是一个用来做饭的平底锅，尽管我们没有在房间里做饭。

靠近阿罗街。员工很友好。一切都很好，干净又漂亮。

Not worth the price. Too expensive at this price. Better get something cheap and better than this somewhere else.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and soundproof. Even though there's a kitchenette, the hotel did not provide cookery, and we have to purchase it ourselves in order to do some light cooking. The breakfast was delicious but limited. It would be better to have more breakfast selection. Overall it was a good stay, very near to the city centre.

Highly recommended where my sister left her wallet in the room and my sister has returned to Indonesia, they kept the wallet until my sister asked, they were even willing to send it to Indonesia, very helpful and the location is very close to Alor and close to everywhere, becoming one of the destination hotels to return to if you go to Kuala Lumpur, very professional and friendly and uniquely the hotel already uses robots when we order toothbrushes that come are robots, very amazing for children 😍 must stay at this hotel.

Old hotel but still satisfied, good location not far from Pavilion.

Untuk lokasi dan kamar oke tapi jangan berharap lebih untuk segi pelayanan teeutama satpam yang jaga pintu, jangan berharap mereka akan membantu membawa barang anda. Mungkin hotel ini karena semi apartemen semua self aervice.

Kamar bagus, luas, harga tidak mahal, akses dekat ke Jalan Alor dan Bukit Bintang. Minus-nya buat yang sudah susah angkat koper, jangan menginap di sini karena tidak ada bell boy 🥲. Ingat pas saya pindah bawa koper keluarga 8 buah, terpaksa angkat sendiri.
