Comfortable hotel

這次旅程中住了三種房型，但感覺體驗跟房型比較沒有關係，跟運氣比較有關係；這間的洗手乳可以擠得出來，但很不好用；熱水沒有很強，第一天晚上還以為沒有熱水，在晚上11點，溫度可能只有12度左右，洗了冷水澡，隔天工作人員應該有幫我轉到確定有熱水的部分，但還是很不穩，所以迅速洗完；整體服務我是很推薦，不過建議Check in第一天早一點入房，確定熱水、必要部份的燈會亮與其他你可能會care的部分是否正常運作

跟9/24-9/26的相反了 入住四樓(0開始為5) 是我三種房型中住的最舒適 洗手乳擠不出來 原本以為沒有補充 結果是擠不出來 服務人員很迅速地解決了該問題

住四樓（從0開始為3） 若有活動 可能還是會被吵到 服務態度很好 房間安排在單獨的門外 有點奇特但也還好 不過門真的不好開（特例） 附近有超市、麥當勞與mall 不要太晚都有的吃 整體來說推薦入住

Ligger noget væk fra centrum, og til tider svært at få en taxi. Hjælpsomt personale. Meget lille seng ved bestilling til én person. Godt wifi – efter hotelstandart. Larm på gangen tidligt om morgenen, da værelset lå tæt på rengøringspersonalets rum.

Romslig og helt ok hotell. Stort rom. Perfekt for familie på 4. Supert at en har gratis parkering. 10 min med bil til gamlebyen. Hotellet ligger ved et usjarmerende område med stor bilvei og shopping senter, men veldig praktisk.

Beds were so tiny and narrow

Not Worth the Price The heating can’t be adjusted individually, which made the room uncomfortable. Dining options in the area are limited, and the noise from the light rail is quite noticeable. On top of that, the staff was indifferent, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. For the price, I expected much better. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We came very late at night and the lovely receptionist helped us very much! We send a very big thank to him!

Fantastic suite, spotlessly clean, breakfast was well above what we were expecting, superb value. Only slight issue was having to call the reception to alter any settings on the air con. Would rather be able to control it ourselves. If we ever need a hotel in kosice again then this will be top of the list.
