酒店服务非常好。肯定会再次入住。

优点：员工非常热情友好，服务周到。客房服务和故障检查也都不错。但是酒店设施非常简陋，隔音效果是我在新加坡住过的最差的。我能听到邻座打电话的声音，还能听到他浴室门开关的声音。噪音很大，我经常被吵醒。以后我肯定不会再住这家酒店了。

hotelnya bersih, fasilitasnya lengkap, checkin juga cepat, free mie instant 2pc en minuman kaleng 4pc tiap hari, orang-orangnya juga ramah, dekat mrt & bus station, dekat point jurong mall, ada free bus ke sentosa. terima kasih^^

At the reception, the staff allowed two people to cut my queue. One of them just barged in front of me when it was my turn. Another women just cut from the corner of the reception. It doesn't feel good. Also I asked for a non smoking room due to health allergy. Everyday I could smell smoke coming from the corridor. Look at the photos to see why I am smelling cigarette on a daily basis. I can easily count about 30 cigarette butts daily. I developed respiratory problems and had to be on medication. Disappointed that the hotel doesn't take allergy seriously.

Kamar lumayan bersih, bagian pembersih kamar orangnya ramah & yang menyenangkan ada suttle bus menuju sentosa.

Kamar bersih, lokasi dekat MRT, mall, sekeliling banyak restaurant sangat convenient.

The house keeping doest work well. Not provide water and bathroom mat in 2nd day.

Saya traveler Indonesia menginap di hotel ini karena bertemu teman singaporean yang bawa mobil tanpa free parking dan amazing nya tarif parkir sekali masuk adalah 25 Dollar sgp dan teman saya 5 kali masuk kena 225 dolar melebihi tarif hotel nya. Gak lagi deh room service juga lambat clean up apalagi receptionis nya lemot sangat.

The room is not big as per my expectation but the room is clean and comfortable to stay. The service and staff is great.

Meskipun lumayan jauh dari kota tapi hotel ini nyaman, bersih ramah koq, transportasi tinggal nyebrang udah stasiun bus & MRT bisa kemana mana se spore. Ada yang gratisan buat ke Sentosa Island mereka sediain shuttle gratiss.tiss.tiss asal sesuai jadwal. Saya ber 4 dewasa pilih 1 room dengan 2 queen bed masih oke kamar nya luas dan lumayan jadi bisa hemat.

- No bellboy, unfriendly receptionist, not suitable for kids, too far from mrt station, actually from everywhere + free shuttle to Sentosa, clean room, free flow water and ice.

Makanannya kurang bervariasi dan rasanya juga kurang enak untuk lidah orang indonesia. Ruangannya pun cukup kecil dan sempit, tidak ada disediakan complementary air minum dalam kemasan botol di kamar. Meskipun hotelnya tergolong agak besar, namun menurut saya hotel ini masih setara dengan bintang 3 atau 3,5 saja.
