大浴場很大，有Shampoo Bar 和其他特色洗護產品提供。分別在兩個地方晚餐和早餐，環境很寛敞。步行10分鐘有大型超市，而酒店附近的轟之淹瀑布也挺美。

酒店近河邊 櫻花盛開 好滿意

地方整潔，温泉舒適水質好，早餐是日式、晚餐是懷石料理兩都美味，員工有禮又端忙打霓話改行程，下次到嬉野會考慮再入住。

服務態度很親切 泡湯池很不錯

非常好體驗是自助式拿行李車推十二人的行李喼上房，真要多謝華翠苑！

Good onsen although there were a few dead flies on the surface due to the weather. Dinner with breakfast we're excellent together with the drinks. Location is good which is in between the waterfall park and ninja park. Close to the bus station as well with 5 mins walk. Just beside the sakura trees which makes perfect scene of view towards the whole town.

The frontdesk staff are friendly and helpful. There outdoor hotspring is located on the top floor of the building and very spacious with an open view. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will probably consider booking this hotel again when we visit Ureshino.

第二次住溫泉旅館,今次與朋友一起, 4個女子住和式房間. 感覺不一樣. 房間舒服, 朋友一致贊好! 旅館9層, 安排我們住8樓, 9樓是天台室外溫泉: 星空下浸溫泉, 一流! 地下也有室內溫泉浸, 唔怕著涼. 和式晚餐與早餐也是非常美味. 另外, 非常貼心的車送我們去轉搭高速巴士. 一定要給個 Like

Hotel staff are helpful. We lived in a Japanese style room for 5 people. Comfortable room.

客室は程い広く、洗面台も使いやすいかった 食事もいい感じでおいしいかったです 売店の販売商品は、初めて見る商品多かったように感じました

온천물이 너무 좋았어요. 직장동료 5명이 갔는데 방도 좋고 음식도 너무 맛있었어요

おもてなしの嬉野茶がおいしく、スタッフの方も非常に親切でした。娘との二人旅でしたが、良い時間を過ごすことができました。

昔ながらの旅館です。 部屋が広く静かでとてもくつろげました。 お茶の名産地ということで、正面入口と大浴場の入口に緑茶が置いてあり、喉を潤すのに助かりました。 今回３泊しましたが、ゆっくりしたいときにまた来たいです。

カラオケで発散し、ヘッドスパサロンで気持ちよくなりました
