Muito bem localizado, o hotel fica quase ao lado do ascensor/funicular Concepcion. Quarto moderno, espaçoso e com uma linda vista para a baía. Banheiro muito bom. Excelente chuveiro. Apenas o café da manhã deixou a desejar.

Beautiful view of the port from our balcony. Big open glass doors to look out. On site restaurant was nice and breakfast included. The neighborhood is charming and very close walking distance to the funicular Concepcion.

Great location for exploring the town, excellent, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was nice and the food is good at the restaurant if you wind up eating there.

Excelente ubicación, muy céntrico si quieres andar caminando entre las calles de Valparaíso. El hotel es tranquilo, muy limpio, tiene su restaurante con una vista genial y el personal es muy atento

Best view in the world!

The room was great with big windows and a great sea view. The staff were all very helpful. The restaurant was good also witu a great view.

This is a nice hotel in a good location which is important in this area because most of the Galleries, restaurants and things to do are within a few blocks and that area is fairly safe but outside that area it's sketchy and a little dangerous. Many good restaurants in the area but you can see this whole safe neighborhood in one or two days. The staff is helpful but there is no elevator so if you have bad knees or back you're going to need to get the staff to bring your suitcases up some pretty steep metal steps. There is a decent Cafe and bar at the restaurant with a great View of the port although it's an industrial View

El personal muy amable y atentos a ayudar, nuestro único inconveniente es que no había agua caliente y el agua estaba heladisima, nos regresaron una noche y nos cambiamos de hotel; espero que ya hayan solucionado el problema porque en verdad el hotel es lindo, con excelente ubicación y el personal muy amables

What a beautiful place. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the views are just incredible. There's a fantastic restaurant downstairs with views of the coast and harbour. There's so much around the hotel to see within walking distance and the whole area is bursting with character. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Lovely staff. The hot water wasn’t working but they quickly offered a discount. Also helpful with local sights and security.

Relação custo x benefício péssima. Preço de hotel 4 estrelas e serviços de hostel de estudante. Fiz a reserva em andar superior, me deram um quarto na recepção. Sem isolamento acústico. Ouvia-se tudo. Não tinha uma mísera garrafa de água mineral no quarto, e muito menos uma geladeirinha. Banheiro com três dias apenas tendo água gelada, tomando banhos frios. Um dos dias, tive que pedir sabonete porque não repuseram. Serviço de hotelaria não há e atendentes da recepção com má vontade. O café da manhã é uma tragédia. Resumo da ópera: fujam desse "hotel".
