房间宽大舒适，被褥、卫生间清洁做的很好，早餐丰盛美味，给了我们全家一次非常难忘的旅行记忆。

環境很舒服，很方便，泳池開的時間很長直到晚上十點，很開心能早晚都游泳，泳池邊還有酒吧，真的很舒適。 一路往海灘走也很近，有提供毛巾也有救生員，可以在水邊拍照曬太陽待上一整天。 泳池邊的服務是最滿意的，有很多供小孩玩的工具，大人也能玩划槳，電動小浮板等。 早餐也很豐盛，用餐時間到中午11點，非常舒服的享受酒店設施。

这是在理文索菲特的一次非常难忘的度假体验，酒店大气，设施也维护得不错。开始觉得是不是酒店装修太商务太简单，后来陆续去了周围的几个酒店，就设备设施来说，理文索菲特都是非常棒的，而且恰到好处。服务上，前台与工作人员都非常热心，也是那种让人感觉恰到好处的舒适。房间很棒房间很棒房间很棒，非常喜欢。希望酒店方好好的维护设施，因为明年还想再来。

酒店泳池多。有小朋友較方便泳池有滑梯。水不是很深約1.1米 往沙灘方向還有大泳池安徽身約1.5米 不足是往泳池太遠要步行約5分鐘。 海棠區沒有食物選擇及便利店唯一一個68食街人滿為患。性價比不高

房間很大，海景房很漂亮服務態度很好，如果下次再來我一定要再住這裡，酒店去去蜈蚑州岛佷近，周邊環境很好，有沙灘

希望自費項目價格可以便宜些 , 令更好旅客消費 . 另外 , 水上滑梯不夠滑 , 希望改進 , 增加多些兒童玩樂地方

好新浄，好乾淨，一塵不染，廁所沒有發霉漬；露台大，風景優美，門鎖順滑。房內所有設施都很新，但廁所好像沒有抽氣，唯一缺點。 員工服務態度很好！

房間空間感充足，房間有浴缸及淋浴間，服務員友善，酒店有3個游泳池，還有漂亮綠化花園。可直接步行到海灘。

三亚理文索菲特酒店大堂经理Tina，人美心更美，本人离店到达机场，接到Tina电话，在酒店大堂发现本人工作证，身份证、银行卡，现金等贵重物品，及时找到出租车并拍照确认信息后，将遗留物品赶送到机场本人手中，甚是感谢，祝愿索菲特酒店生意越来越好，美女Tina经理好人一生平安！

酒店的餐厅都不错（虽然价格不是最便宜），酒店的服务人员也都非常热情，主动提出帮忙，泳池赞，一次非常难忘的体验。

小童滑梯水流不夠,要改善才可玩. 晚上自助餐不太好, 其他酒店服務,設施也很好

What a wonderful hotel! Very comfortable, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful garden and pools! Excellent on-site restaurants. Friendly staff. We felt incredibly comfortable the whole time! It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best! The children's entertainment area is simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great everything. Had a wonderful stay while on business trip, and that property was almost perfect in everything. Not super crowded, and everything was within a good walking distance. (It was massive, tho, and you can easily get lost if you miss the directions; it took me a while. Great breakfast. Quiet. Almost too quiet because everytime I go to the gym at 6am, I was really by myself in a big mansion. I would have preferred a bigger gym, tho.

Pleasure to stay, relax and spend time with the family. Service, and kids-friendly environment made this holidy trip prestigious moment. Big thanks to the Sofitel Team!

Amazing stay for family of 7.

Excellent Hotel for families, especially for foreigners. Personal Guest Assistant manages family activity events and kids entertainment program at no extra charges. Customer satisfaction and caretaking is their highest priority. Absolutely best family hotel in Sanya Haitan Bay Region - we visited many other before!
