The rooms are very clean and well organized. The location is very convenient for business or traveling.

酒店整体水平比较好，到早餐水平太差了

Hotel room was quite new and clean. But, some basic facilities were not functioned well. I ‘d suggest to check basic facilities more frequency. Receptionists are polite.

住得很舒适，服务也非常好。早餐丰富，唯一缺点是大部分菜都是辣的。

location is good. nearby have a shopping mall. room spacious. Services manner is so so. Only one reception at the counter, but she keep on answering the phone over 5 mins ignoring me standing in front of her. Seldom choices of the breakfast. Food presentation is not good and dirty. Table not clean up immediately.

好：房間寬敞，鄰近凱德廣場，方便 差：1/離地鐵遠 2/執房說少了一條細毛巾，（當然沒有取去）要另一名友善的執房者說會補回一條 3/ 前台只有一名服務人員的英文好些，其餘不太能溝通 4/ 早餐不豐富，晚上吃了自助晚餐後，早餐的食物會有晚上食物的影子

房間寬敞舒適，有回家的感覺 服務態度佳，會主動詢問是否需要幫忙 枕頭多樣性選擇，不怕出國枕頭不習慣而落枕

這次帶一家大小出遊，住在西安盛捷新地城服務公寓，房間大小非常合適，旁邊就是商場，吃飯和買東西都非常方便，下次還會選擇入住!

整體滿意，適合家庭旅遊

住了3天的雙人房及5天的家庭房，有附早餐，每天的菜色有不ㄧ樣，不錯吃。房間的設備很新，床的舒服度不錯，浴室大又乾淨，廚房有附鍋碗瓢盆，又有洗烘衣機，對旅遊在外很多天的我們來說，實在是太方便了！housekeeping 每天都會來打掃，飯店隔壁有凱德廣場，裡面有美食街、超市、餐廳等。 唯一不便的是飯店離地鐵站需步行20分鐘，不趕時間就當作運動，趕時間的話，坐計程車到地鐵站要RMB$8.50，還是比台灣便宜。從地鐵站到鐘樓只有3站，到高鐵車站約30分鐘，坐計程車到咸陽機場約45～1小時(RMB$150內）

We like the room type of 1208. Spacious room with relaxing facilities. Only the stove and vent-hood were not that conveniently operated. Besides that we were so enjoying to be staying in at Somerest apartment hotel. It made our trip more relaxing! Thanks a lot!

Room condition is perfect and people are very kind and friendly. They're all willing to help guests. BF buffer was nice but omlet was not we expected. But overall, enjoyed staying very much and definitely will come back. Highly recommend to any type of trips especially for family.
