Very comfortable hotel, clear and large room, reception is helpful, general service is above standard. Since the hotel location on the hill, hence it provide a wonderful review no matter from the room or restaurant, but if you didn't rent the car and prefer by walk to down town, it will require around 30 min. to down hill and around 45 min. to up hill. Besides, strongly recommend to book the KOKS for dinner as they will provide an excellent food and service to you which the chef will introduce each dishe detail to you. By overall rating, I will recommend you to book this hotel when you visit Faroe Islands & surely I will book this hotel if I visit Faroe Islands again in future.

It was an amazing stay with the kindest staff.

This hotel was absolutely 10/10. Not even the tiniest complaint. The rooms were clean and comfortable with incredible views. The staff was lovely, helpful, and accommodating. The spa services were wonderful. The restaurant was incredible. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Probably the best property in the Islands, our room was spacious, had a door with direct access to an exterior area with amazing views. The property is very clean and has a cozy feeling. We tried the spa and it was worth after all the walking around and crazy cold winds we faced during the day. The spa is great and offers a lot of sauna and swimming options. The only area where the hotel needs to improve is the food and beverage situation. The breakfast selection was great, with some local options, but all mornings felt chaotic, dirty buffet, lots of empty tables but yet not cleaned up. The same for the bar on the lobby area. The served a small selection of dishes, but they were tasty, however, the service staff was inattentive, we had to walk to the bar to ask for things. Overall, it felt their food and beverage area needed more staffing. Regardless, we had a great time, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure and privacy.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was nice, quite, big and comfortable, surroundings are beautiful, close to the town with plenty of dinning options... People were so kind and friendly....always willing to help. Special thank you to the front desk young lady Karine...she was absolutely awesome, sweet and with a smile on her face every time . Yes! I would come back again!

Rundum zufrieden. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel.

Fantastisk spa, god frokost, fin beliggenhet med utsikt over Torshavn. Vi fikk et rom nede først som hadde store behov for vedlikehold, men vi fikk oppgradert rommet og ble veldig fornøyd!

Morgenmad bør forbedres. For dårlig betjening og for meget der manglede.

Alt var rigtig godt - dog er sengene ikke særlig gode.

Clean, beautiful, nice surroundings, stunning view over Tórshavn

Smukke omgivelser og fin udsigt over byen. Vi syntes at extra afgiften for spa var alt for høj til hotelgæster og burde enten have været inkluderet i værelsesprisen eller også været klart billigere for hotellets gæster end for ikke gæster. Lige nu er forskellen blot 100kr hvilket vi synes er ret latterligt. Alle spa hoteller vi har boet på før har haft spa inkluderet i prisen.
