服务人员服务周到，前往中心娱乐场所的班车服务非常方便。

非常愉快，有免费的机场和迪士尼乐园班车服务，但不幸的是我们没有得到我们要求的房间，接待员也有语言障碍，只有一点点适合穆斯林的食物，除此之外都非常愉快。

男接待员服务非常好。留意那些前来提问的顾客，经常来这里，并对这里的服务印象深刻。房间很好。这家酒店非常好。我给它 9/10 分。离旅游景点有点远。但靠近迪士尼

房间温度不太冷，因为他们用的是中央空调。但是房间太大了。

Overall experience is good. Convenient store is just right opposite of the main entrance. Location is very close to Disneyland.

The aircon didn't work so well. So the hotel gave me a fan instead of offer me another room.

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan baik sekali … kami yang terkendala oleh bahasa benar -benar terbantukan oleh mereka. Hotel nya juga bersih dan nyaman … ke Disneyland sangat dekat dan ada layanan antar jemput nya 👍.

Staff ramah dan sangat membantu, ada shuttle bus dari bandara puddong ke hotel, hotel ke disneyland, hotel ke the bun. Kamarnya besar, semua fasilitas sangat memadai, ada tempat bermain anak, dekat dengan stasiun metro, dekat dengan supermarket costco wholesale … depan hotel terdapat beberapa minimarket, dan pada malam hari banyak jualan makanan.

Breakfast OK. Room is very clean and spacius, they also upgrade and decorate my room since I was there on our honeymoon trip. They also offer shuttle bus to disneyland. Downside is the staff hotel offer us to book taxi but I think he scam us since we need to pay him by cash. He said he already paid by apps for the taxi. When I check didi (ride hailing) fee vs fee charged by him, the difference is rmb 100 (around IDR 220 thousand).

Food need improvement on varieties. Location far away from city. But good thing they provide free shuttle.

There is one staff who is very helpful.
