房間夠大，床也很大，枕頭也舒適。 浴室設計有點缺陷，容易漏水出玻璃門外。 每天早上有提供早點，也可以去地下一層喝咖啡。 地點非常方便，近地鐵站。

地點非常好 出門就是大街 有24小時的咖啡點心吧 但隔音普通 因為在鬧區 晚上可能會聽到外面還很嗨的群眾聲音 服務人員態度良好 但這次住宿房間冷氣的調整有點問題 除此之外都不錯 小陽台可以吃宵夜滿讚的

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Clean and king size bed. I’d definitely come back for my next visit. Police station is just next to the hotel.

The hotel’s location was very central, which made it convenient for exploring the city. However, it was also quite noisy in the evenings and at night. In fact, the hotel even provides earplugs in the rooms because of the noise. Both the hotel and the room were generally clean and well maintained. The only downside was the entrance to the hotel, which is reached through a long corridor between cafés and does not create the best first impression. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Única coisa é o barulho, o prédio tem um rooftop então dependendo do quarto você ainda pode escutar um pouco do barulho, não é um barulho que incomoda muito, mas pra quem quer um silêncio absoluto talvez possa atrapalhar. No quarto tem tampão pro ouvido para ajudar a abafar o barulho. Fora isso o Hotel é muito bom, ótima localização, ótimo quarto, limpo e no subsolo do hotel tem espaço para tomar café.

Amazing location with clean rooms, great AC, free coffee, fresh fruit, ice, cookies, cold water, along with friendly and helpful staff. An added perk is there is a rooftop bar at the top of the building (not the same business but convenient).

Centrally located and super close to public transportation which makes getting places easy!

Amazing location! Loved how close we were to it all in sol, and the main plaza was only a minute walk away. At the bottom along the street, was a Starbucks, tapas restaurants, and other souvenir shop. The room itself was great too, the balcony was a plus and it was nice to sit out there and lounge at times. Only thing to note is the bathroom sink is separate from the actual room where toilet and shower are, this would be my only qualm but that’s how some hotels are around here in Spain which is unfamiliar to me. Great room, nice closet wardrobe space as well for 2 people. Would not recommend if you want quiet hours 24/7. You can hear the plaza when people shout and there’s a clock tower that goes off every hour. I don’t mind that at all, I prefer the louder city vibe but take note if you don’t like that.

Location is amazing big rooms very clean friendly staff only downside was our ac wasn’t working g well so we slept poorly other than that was a pleasant stay

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pasos de la puerta del sol y todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Puedes caminar a todos lados.

El aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente, por lo demás muy bueno el hotel

Excellent emplacement, très propre, chambre très grande, très bonne literie, très bien isolé.

Amazing stay! They delivered pastries and water every single morning which was delightful. The A/C has a minimum temperature of 75 which wasn’t ideal but a great stay regardless.

Great location, comfortable bedroom, breakfast bag every morning is a nice detail. One minute walk to Puerta del Sol, walking distance from Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, San Gines Chocolates and Churtos. I will stay in this hotel again.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I will definitely stay in the same hotel when traveling to Madrid

The only downside was the air conditioning being very hit or miss. Other than that, room was clean, and staff accommodated us very well. Location was perfect and surprisingly quiet still. Coffee bar was PERFECT! All of this plus a rooftop bar? Great stay, I will be back.
