整體而言還可以，但是早餐的選擇性太少，只有甜點，麵包，飲料.沒有熱食，沒有蔬菜，沒有沙拉.

The bed is comfortable and the hotel is quite new. Within a walking distance to the scenic spots. Have to walk along the slope from the nearest metro station. No refrigerator inside the room but can ask the front desk to help.

The hotel is just 5 mins walk close to the Metro Station and around 15-20 mins walk to Aliados Avenue and Shopping Area, however it is tired and not convenient if you are carrying luggage to go up on the slope and back to hotel. The surrounding area is quite silent but it is still safe as there is no homeless people staying at that area. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering service with big smile. The room is spacious and clean.

Not fancy but clean and comfortable room. Great location, easy access to public transportation and hot spots of the city. People in the reception are friendly and willing to help. Strongly recommend it as they provide what we need to stay overnight.

The main reason for booking was that we had a very late arriving flight and this hotel was minutes walk from the metro and had a 24 hour reception. Receptionist was very welcoming even at 1am. Quiet hotel and room comfortable and clean. Big fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. Room is basic. We would of appreciated proper coffee cups in the room and a soap dish. There was only small lamps in the room so it felt very dark when the curtains were shut. The tap water was never cold so a fridge would have been nice to chill water. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Ótima localização,proximo à estacao do metro e do centro e da rua santa catarina. Apenas deixou a desejar o travesseiro dos quartos que sao muito duros e desconfortáveis e nao tem frigobar nos quartos.

El hotel está bien ubicado una vez que comprendes cómo moverte por Oporto y hacia donde caminar, hay muchas cosas a unas cuadras. La habitación fue amplia y cómoda. Para mí la cama un poco más dura de lo que me gusta pero con lo cansado que terminas de caminar al conocer Oporto, dormí bien. La atención del personal bien, te ayudan con lo necesario.

Hôtel plutôt propre sauf quelques détails. Très pratique proche de la gare et des transports. Quartier triste. Personnel de la réception froid et peu enthousiaste sauf un jeune homme au départ. Idéal pour une ou deux nuits pour affaires.

コインブラのステイホテルに1泊したあと、このポルトのステイホテルに2泊しました。 メトロTrindade駅から徒歩5-6分。 近くに商店も多く便利でした。 入室時にシャワースペースの石鹸置きに石鹸のカスが残っていました。 また2日目に掃除をお願いして戻ってきたら、床に落ちていた粉がそのままでした。 シャワースペースは、ガラスドアでトイレと仕切られる構造となっています。 スリッパ、歯ブラシはありません。 朝食は予約していませんでしたが、10ユーロで利用しました。 バイキング方式で、メニューは2日間とも同じで、コインブラとも同じでした（ステイホテルの朝食メニューは固定しているのかもしれません）。 また野菜が少ないのが残念でした。 部屋のドアを閉める際は注意が必要でした。 そのまま閉めてもパタンと閉まりません。 その状態でカードキーでロックを解除して、ドアを最後まで閉め、もう一度開けて閉めるとロックされます。 （これは当方の部屋だけの現象だったかもしれませんが...） なお予備の現金をリュックに入れておいたのですが（未施錠）、ポルト2日目に部屋に戻ってきた時にはなくなっていました。 当方にとってはかなりの金額でしたので、ショックを受けました。 ホテルの部屋には金庫はありませんが、フロントに預けるべきでした。 なくなった場所は分かりませんが、列車等で移動中になくなることは考えにくいので、コインブラかポルトのステイホテルでなくなった可能性が高いかもしれません。

The Stay Hotel in Porto was nice, but we would have preferred being closer to the river where lots of action was. It was a straight walk into downtown however.

Achei o hotel extremamente eficiente e lugar bem cômodo. Atendeu nossas necessidades perfeitamente.
